Detect duplicates across Leads and Contacts
In building the contact (lead) base we get many contact lists to import. Some are classified as contacts other as leads. Many duplicates. Improvement It would help if the system would prevent creation of duplicates entries, checking email (s) across Leads and Contacts. Enhancement I generally see a problem in a technical distinction of Leads and Contacts. How to turn contacts again into leads to be tracked is an often raised question. Phonebridge experiences in Europe
Hi all Been looking at implementing phonebridge all day but I simply cannot find a European provider with full Zoho One support. BT cloud phone seems close but are quite expensive. Twillio seems ok but the call quality was very poor in the trial and they only support CRM. Anyone that are using Phonebridge in Europe with any luck? btw, would be great if Zoho added some default check boxes and mandatory images for the VOIP companies to fill out and display on their integration page. Lets face it, the Captcha feature does not eliminate all spam. I would like to put in a request to beef up the Zoho WebForm featue to eliminate the Captcha because it is an out of date and Bots still get around it. What kind of client wants to fill out a Captcha? its just an unwanted step that turns away prospective clients. Set Time Zone for a Meeting in another country
Hi, I'm having trouble seting a different Time Zone for meeting we are having (or scheduling) in another country. For example, I'm from Argentina, but next week we will travel to the US and we are scheduling meetings with a different GMT. When we add a new event, the CRM doesn't let us choose the GMT. Email notifications based on timezone
We manage our CRM for our global sales team out of the United States, but that means 'office hours' for automation do not work for our global sales team. We have notifications setup so that 15 minutes after a lead comes in from the website an automated response is sent as though it was from their sales rep. Remove an autofill pop-up?
Is there a way to delete one of the suggestions / autofill of previous entry from the text field drop down? Example: I typed "Valley Center / Escondido" once - I don't want it to pop up as a previous entry so that only "Valley Center" fills the field as I start typing. Too much data for one module
So I am new to Zoho but my use case is this. I have a lot of data associated with each client, realistically more than can be fit to one module. In order to store the extra data I think I need an extra module but I want to be able to use mail merge to create reports and if all data is not on one module this is effecitvely not possible. nested tables in zoho crm
Hi everybody, i am quite new to zoho crm and have a question about viewing my contacts. I have added a custom field (class) and gender to every contact and I would like to have them group like a nested table. Product Price vs List Price
In the Products List in Zoho CRM< what price is intended to go into the "Unit Price" field? Should this be my cost of the product, as in the price I pay for it? If tso, how is this number , along with commission, and List Price from a price book used? Is List Price - (Unit price + COmmission rate) used to determine profits?
Drag and drop file attachments into Zoho CRM
I'd love to be able to drag and drop files to Zoho CRM. Single file drag and drop would be great, multiple files simultaneously would be even better. Gmail lets you do it easily, so presumably the programming know-how exists somewhere already. The current method of clicking on "Desktop" under the "Attachments" header and then navigating to the file is slow and tedious, and if I have to attach multiple documents, it isn't even worth doing.

New Layout -- Font Issue + Spacing

Hi, Sorry to ask, but I didn't see clearly the answer somewhere. Here is my concern: In Zoho CRM if you setup Email add-on with Email Insignts you can see the status of the email sent with CRM mail add-on (open, when, how many times, ...) But if you use Zoho MAIL inside CRM, when you send an email to a contact it automatically logs in the record to the contact. ==> But the Status of the email sent seems to only show "sent" or "received". ==> so, is it possible to see email status (opened for example)
Events not showing up in contact record where contact is a "participant"
When I select contacts as "participants" for an event, the event (once completed) no longer shows up under either invited events or closed activities for the participants. (It used to.) If I don't send an invitation, these contacts are listed as participants, but not as invitees. Avoiding accidental creation records through lookup fields
Hey, We've had cases of users typing an inaccurate or concatenated name in a lookup field, and accidently creating a new record in the lookup table like that. Creating a sales process
I currently have a sales process that I run inside Zoho which sends a series of emails to a lead, changing a few fields as it goes, and then terminates. I would call this a Campaign as I regularly add inputs, however, the built-in Zoho Campaigns cannot do this, nor, it appears, does the add-on Campaigns. I use Macros to make this work. The process I've setup is not ideal. The biggest problems are: 1. Zoho does not allow me to "Close a task" programmatically 2. Zoho does not let me setup the events
