can a request be sent from CRM to add a new client record
we run a photography studio, and have new clients fill out a form (on paper!) when they're in the studio. We were wondering if there was a way to sent out some sort of request profile before the shoot for them to fill out their own personal information, that automatically adds their profile to our Zoho CRM before they arrive? If so, woudl there be a way to include some sort of questionaire on that link/form as well?
Imported Leads not appearing
Having recently signed up for a free trial I'm trying to import our lead sheet but every time we go through the mapping process and complete it says the file has successfully been imported but nothing shows in either the Leads tab or in the Approval List We have tried importing with manual approval switched off and switched on but neither works Can you please advise accordingly

Hi I have created a quote template in CRM that meets all our requirements other than one thing that I cannot solve.... I need to show the % discount in the quote - this % varies from quote to quote so i don't want to use the discount feature in the products section. when creating a quote it does allow me to put a % discount in but shows it as a monetary value in the quote template - can anyone help?

Automated fields in ZOHO Campaign Module
Having to manually enter and update the "actual revenue" of every campaign is extremely inefficient. Is it possible to have the "actual revenue" field automated in the campaign module? Would be great if potentials who are associated with a specific campaign and become a sale (or "closed won") could be automatically added to total found in the "actual revenue" field. Does anyone have a solution or recommendation?

Unable to update module information when importing
I imported cases into Zoho and realized I missed a few fields and wanted to remap others. When I go to import the file again, adding the missed fields and remapping others, none of the changes are implemented. I'm searching for existing IDs, which I haven't remapped or altered in any way. Any ideas on how to solve this problem? Thanks!

Hi, I have uploaded an excel which has timestamp "30 Apr 2018 - 10:27 am" of this format. I need to separate date & time. How will I do it in ZOHO? Also, after making the changes when we upload the new data which has the same old format ("30 Apr 2018 - 10:27 am" ), it should auto update to new format. Can somebody please tell me how?

How to model a bundle of accounts under a deal
Every month I have like 30 "deals" that have up to 10 slots that can be filled by accounts. I want to be able to look at an account and see which of these 30 deals they've signed on to, as well as look at an individual deal and see how "full" or what 10 accounts have signed on to it. Hi, our visitors/leads will hire one service, and they will be in a path of 5 steps from "lead" to "hiring". So I added into the leads module one list with these different points where they can be. Then, they will be the leads, costumers, contacts.... I mean one unique registry for them, with all their fields and one field defining in which point they are. Depending on the item in which the visitor is interested in, some of the fields should be required or not (I have two patterns of required/not required forms). Idle Alerts Extension does not work with custom stage names?
So apparently Zoho CRM does not have a Rotting Period feature and decided to add the Idle Alerts custom module from Zoho as an extension in the app store. Fine, however after installing the extension it does not seem that I can modify the stages for which the alert runs!?? I have all custom stage names except for closed won and closed lost so what in the world am I supposed to do? This is just one of the many WTF moments about basic functionality I have had since starting to use Zoho One just 10

Scheduled Actions not Working for Workflow
Hi, none of the Scheduled Actions are being triggered on my workflows. I've set up a workflow to be executed on a date/Time of 15 minutes after the last activity time. And I've also attempted one toe be executed On a Record Action. My issue is that in both cases, only the Instant Action is being triggered. So the workflow is successfully starting, the criteria that's defined is successfully being applied, the instant actions are successfully being triggered and show up on the History of the leads.

Average day of my salespeople is visiting accounts to show them products and take orders. Trying to understand the best way to record each visit so I can clearly see everyone's activity by customer or by lead, correctly dated and timed. Is entering tasks connected to each account or lead best way to do this? I am a little confused about open or closed task thing, just not sure how to categorize it.
