No Future Open Tasks on Deal Alert
Is there any way to send a notification Email to a User and their Manager if a Potential DOES NOT have any Open Tasks with a future due date. In other words, the user does not have any future tasks (reminders) on their deal, and now they need to be notified.

Bulk Unfollow?
Is there a way to unfollow all or bulk unfollow? We set up a rule that caused me to follow all deals, tasks, leads, etc. I can only unfollow one item at a time currently and I have over 200 to unfollow.
Unconfirmed user cannot be confirmed and cannot see assigned leads.
I am currently using the free version with 3 users. I am the superadmin at CEO level with the others as Admin at CEO level. Hello, Email templates allow us to send email from the record owner, but don't allow us to use custom functions to create the content of the email. Custom functions, allow me to build custom content, but don't allow me to send email from the record owner. I'm stuck in the middle. I wish to build emails with content tailored to the customer i.e. show an email with an html table of all quotes sent to the customer. Can anyone think of a good way to do this please? Moving files within Zoho Docs tab
1. To begin, is there an update coming for the Zoho Documents tab? 2. Does anyone know how to move a file from one folder to another? I haven't used Zoho Documents much because its not a great solution for a repository of information but thought i would give it a try.... i saved a file in a folder i created and now i'm trying to move that file to another folder i created but there doesn't seem to be an ability to do that. Better Social Management in CRM
Every time I speak of better social profile management for my clients I am referred to the social module or the feed (that doesn't work if the profile email is different from the facebook profile) and that's it. CRM Search for Lead by Phone numbers URL
Hello, I want to integrate my PBX to CRM. I use a chrome extension that works well to open a URL LINK in a new tab in chrome when a call is picked up by an agent. All i have is a phone number to lookup. If the lead is in the CRM DB, then it displays the lead. If the lead is not, it creates it and assigns it to that user. Outlook on Exchange Server will not connect to Zoho CRM
We have tried every configuration we can think of. My IT person is at her wits end. All of our devices, iphones, laptops, etc., connect with no problem to outlook, but we can get nowhere with Zoho CRM. If I can get some help it would be a blessing. Automated Follow up: No updates on Potential/Case/Activity
A big part of using Zoho CRM for our business is not letting customers fall through the cracks. NOOB needs help! Setting up the modules for my business
I have never used a crm before. I can see the potential, but having a lot of trouble getting out of the starting blocks. I run a vintage show, with several events every year. Just a question.... when phone number are entered in to zoho crm it saves them as you put them in. With salesforce when you entered the number in as 1231231234 and tabbed to the next box it would auto change it to (123) 123-1234 Is there any way to make this happen in Zoho?

I really enjoyed a simple feature in another online CRM product which shall go nameless, though it rhymes with Sweatseat. Whenever I had to enter a phone number for a new contact, account, etc. the form automatically formatted the phone number in either a xxx-xxx-xxxx or (xxx) xxx-xxxx format. Hello! How can I fix format for phone number input in ZOHO CRM (I need 71234567890)? I integrated Asterisk in ZOHO CRM and when my manager is entering phone number in other format (for example 7-123-456-78-90) clients is not identify in ZOHO CRM. Because Asterisk identify this format "71234567890" only. So, I see decision this problem in fix phone number input. Do you have any decisions if it's impossible?
Contact Phone Format Broken in List View
If you explicitly set the phone format in contact to (123) 123-4567 it shows up in contact list AND details as (123) 123-4567. However, if you click the AJAX-handled "Edit" link next to phone field, it resets number to 1231234567. Upon save, phone number is displayed in contact as (123) 123-4567 but in list view as 1231234567 which is very hard to read when quickly looking for a phone number.

Extra fields added to deals not appearing
Hi there, I'm trying to add some source information for deals. The first attachment is a screenshot of a category of fields I have created for source information in the layouts and fields editor. The problem is, none of these fields actually appear in the deals tab. Instead, only the first, lead source, appears, and beside it is a lock icon. Task List in Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM and have a module called Deals. What I looking to do is create for each Deal within that module, a standard check list. Each time a new deal is created, a blank check list is created The check list will be a list of tasks which has to be performed and when each task is completed the person who completes that task can check a box or something similar which will then record who completed that task and when that task was completed. What is the easiest way of facilitating this? Thanks
Editing Activity Types
Is there a way to change an activity from task to a call? Or a call to an event? Or an Event to a task? We have transferred our information from a different CRM into Zoho and are trying to sort through the old data. I have tasks labeled as "Call Back" and would like to change it from a task to a call. Does Zoho support this basic functionality?
