Is there a way to get a report in Zoho CRM on what contacts have contact images and which has not?
zoho crm take too much time when inserting data from third party mobile app using zoho api
Our team is using you crm for developing a mobile application. But there is one problem with the data insertion it takes too much time to process. It takes upto 2 to 3 min to fetch the data which was inserted. Please suggest is there any other (faster way) for the process. Because its making the mobile application really slow.

In workflows add when "Create OR Field Update"
Actually in workflows you can pick WHEN Create, Create or Edit, Edit, Field Update or Delete. What about "Create or Field Update"? Must workflows using WHEN = "Field Update" have to be Duplicate to run WHEN = Create. You can use "Create or Edit" and it will run when other fields are edited. It has to be WHEN "Field Update" AND WHEN "Create", so, what about to add "Create or Field Update"?

Relating Accounts to each other
I need to create a RELATED LIST that would allow us to record and display when one Account/Company has a relationship with another Account/Company. Any individual Account/Company may have multiple relationships with other Accounts/Companies and we need these connections to be visible in either Account/Company record. My open tasks filtering and count
Two questions about the "My open tasks" component on the user homepage. 1) Is it possible to show a total count of the open tasks? 2) Is it possible to filter the tasks based on subject? Issue with deal creation during lead conversion
When creating a new deal during lead conversion, it ignores the layout rules of the deals module and displays ALL available fields. This is problematic because certain conditions have required fields, which in this case are ALL displayed. Deal creation during lead conversion should follow the same layout rules as the deals module.

Company logo too large in event invite
How can I modify/turn off the company logo that shows up in the email to invited participants for an event. It is way too large and even when I use a very small size (less than 190 pixels across), it is still showing as very large in the email. See attached pic. Please advise

Hi there So I have an Account linked to a Contact via a Lookup field. As an example, how can I get the address fields that are stored in the Contact to show on the Account record? Activity Reminders List Dismiss
The list of Activity Reminders that pops up from the lower-right corner of CRM, it shows a little checkbox next to each activity. I would assume a user should be able to check several activities and then click Dismiss, in order to dismiss multiple activities at once. But it does not work. If that is not the intended purpose of the check boxes, what function do they perform?

Hello! When I click on a search results in Zoho CRM in the quick search a new windows pops-up. When I hit ENTER and click on one of the result it doesn't opens a new window. Data Loader Capability
Hello - Has any progress been made on some type of data loader capability? I would like to be able to export a list of records with the Zoho ID, update a specific field, and then upload the new data to update the existing records. Workflows Not Functioning
Hey community, Within the last few days we have noticed that many of our previously functioning workflows are not functioning. This is happening in both custom and non-custom modules, and is not happening with all of our workflows. The workflows not functioning seem to be isolated to the Create and Create/Edit options in 'When'. The conditions and actions do not seem to be a culprit in the non-functionality. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks!

How to Use Multiple Account Locations
Some of our clients are large national firms with contacts in multiple different offices and we need to be able to look at both the entire national account and the staff located within each location. Though I know there is a "SITE" option at the ACCOUNT level this doesn't appear to have any linkages with the CONTACTS. Am I missing something about how to use this field or does this mean that we will need to set up a Parent Company as the national firm and then add Member Companies for each location?

Archive Contacts without losing Notes
Have Notes associated with both Contacts and Accounts, as people move on and the contact gets deleted any notes associated also disappear. Is there anyway to archive these so the notes stay available but the contact is no longer shown up. Did find the below however given this is a needed feature seeing if this had been fixed.
