We are an Email Marketing start-up with multiple clients. We do email marketing on behalf of our clients. We generate leads, run email campaigns, and setup demos for the Client's Sales Teams. Email Merge with merged PDF Document
I think I can do this with Panda Docs but only one contact at a time. In Zoho CRM can only do a email template merge or document template merge, but not both. Need a check box to include PDF copy and ability to do this for many contacts in a view and not just one at a time. Possible?

What will happen to my datetime fields with British Summer Time (BST)?
Hi I have just noticed that the datetime fields vary depending upon the user's timezone. We have events booked in with a start date/time and end date/time. These events are booked up to a year in the future. If I book a November event today (in BST) with a start time of 8AM, what time will this field show in November (winter time)? It MUST stay as 8AM. Please can you advise what the datetime would show in November - 8AM or 7AM?
Can you find a list of contact whom you recently send an email to via a mass email macro?

How do you measure deal velocity?
Many times the deal stage is updated after the fact. The problem is the deal stage date is the date the deal stage is changed with no ability to edit it. Also if there is a mistake there is no way to delete it. Separating Sections of a Layout
A big challenge with the new Zoho layouts is finding fields on a page. We have many sections and the old version separated different sections by color making it easy to find a section and then the field. The new Zoho "Clean" look, the entire View is white and after many months of using the new version still have the same problem. Managing Leads & Deals when selling both Direct and Indirect
Hi there, In our business, we deal directly with Customers, however sometimes the transactions are direct, and other times they are via Partners who on-sell our service to the Customer. Should we create all our Leads and Deals based on the Customer for consistency? If so, how do you capture the details that there was a Partner involved in the Deal On a 2nd note, if we are engaging with 3 or 4 people from the same company, do we just limit it to one person as a Lead? Prices in quotes are justifying over two lines when exported
Hi, for some reason, when the prices in the quote are over 10,000.00 in value then the field moves the number below the currency value ie if the price is 999.99 the out put is £999.99 if it goes over the number then the output shows as £ 10,000.00 how can i force the field to resize correctly (note that the form is fine, it just happens when we try to export it to pdf to send it out

We are starting new with Zoho and have a list of past clients I wish to import into Zoho CRM. Which module do I import then into? Do I import them as leads and then convert them all into accounts and contacts, or do I import them as a contact and then allocate an account to them? Your help is much appreciated.
Year() not outputing data
I have created a formula field to extract the year from a date. I did this in a new section within a new layout (hence, not Standard Layout). The formula is: Year(${Enquiries.Enquiry Date}) But there is no output in my data when I select the field for my output. Shouldn't it show the calculated result of the data? Thanks.

I could open an account for each site but I don´t want this. I wanted to have a single account and since I managed all the clients of diferent ecommerce. How can I do? Module Association after Lead converted to Contact
I've set our Form entries to be entered as records in a custom module. What I'd like is for the record to associate automatically with the lead or contact that matches the email address on the form. Then if that lead is converted to a contact the record association would continue on.

Expected revenue
As the owner of an Independent Rep company, "Expected Revenue"means commissions to be received. From what I see the Expected Revenue is controlled by Probability %. If we have a Prospect to buy a $10,000 product and the Probability of a win is 90%, our revenue could be only $1,000 in commissions paid. This should not be an interactive field.
