Synchronize Zoho Inventory templates to Zoho CRM ?
I went ahead and set up the templates for Zoho Inventory, thinking this would affect everything that it is sync'd to in the Zoho Stratosphere. Apparently, the Sales Order, Invoice, etc templates in Zoho Inventory do not synchronize with CRM. How can I create the exact same templates? I don't want an invoice from Zoho CRM to look different than an invoice from Zoho Inventory or Zoho Invoice. If there was an "edit as HTML" button that showed the entirety of the HTML code for the Zoho Inventory templates

Hello All, I would love any insight or work arounds for this, as I love zoho, but I'm at my witz end now with this issue. Almost every professional calendar (including zoho calendar - not in the crm) has the option to either share your events completely / block your events completely / or show whether your available or busy without any details of the event. I have searched many forums and there seems to be a consistent request to report only the latest note(s) in a leads report. Currently you can only use filters to show a date range to return results. Is there any plans to integrate a feature like this?

Hello, I want to update the list I have for 'Client Types'. Is there a way to modify the list of choice so that the existing records are also updated? For example, I have 'Dealer' as a category. I wish to update the list and have 'Dealer - product A' for all my existing dealers. At the moment, if I change my options, the records will not be updated. I do not wish to updated record. Hi there, I've been a user with Zoho CRM for about 3-4 years now. It's been great, and has helped us grow our online revenue, and keep track of our customers and contacts. Although - over the years, I've noticed many small improvements, I find it beginning to lack behind other comparable CRM/Marketing systems. I could be mistaken, but I've been yearning for features, like link tracking, lead scoring - basic information to see how my leads, and list have been interacting with my marketing efforts.
Terrible chat support... How is this solved?
Three times I asked help from chat support and they didn't help me at all, only made me waste time. The problem is that the mails I send to and receive from my leads don't appear in each lead's record. I have my email account configured with POP. How to change the order of search results fields?
When searching contacts, I can choose the fields to be searched but I cannot edit the order they are shown in. So the clickable "full name" field actually appears all the way on the right, which is inconvenient. I know I can select the fields but can I edit the ORDER that they are shown from left to right? We recently switched to CRM Plus. Is there a way to schedule just single emails through CRM? We would like to automate our basic follow up system. When we get a new client and set them up in our Zoho CRM we want to schedule an email to send to them with a survey halfway through their contract so we do not have to remember or set reminders to this task. Deleted drop down list values still showing in filters
Hello, Re: Custom Module I renamed a number of values from a dropdown/select list. When filtering the old names are still visible as filter options even though there are no records using the values. I effectively now have twice the filter values that I need, which is very confusing for my users. Is there a way to clear the filter cache perhaps? Simon
Confirm that I want email sent
Working in the "Leads" module in Zoho CRM. I have a checkbox that automatically sends an email to the lead once checked. I would like a dialogue box to appear when that checkbox is checked to confirm whether or not the email should be sent. If the user clicks "Yes", the email sends. If the user clicks "No", the email should not be sent but the box should remain checked. No header and footer for standard templates

Lead Source Changed on Web Form
I have a few forms up on our website. The "Lead Source" field is hidden and auto populated with "Web Research" as the value. Over the weekend I had a lead come from one of my forms with the Source value as "Advertisement." The lead was bogus and SPAM. But I do not understand how my Lead Source value was changed. I've gone and checked all the source code of the forms and nothing seems to be wrong. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas?

Disable email notification to lead owner when mass updating
Hi All, I'm the super admin of my zoho account and this week we changed our "lead status" list options. Yesterday I update all leads in our database (15,000) where "lead status is empty" to "not assigned" using the mass update feature selecting 500 records each time. Because of that, the owners of the leads received TONS of emails. How do I disables sending email when doing mass update? As Admin, I don't to send emails to the lead owners when doing mass updates. Best way to mark leads inactive?
Currently our team has almost 14,000 active leads in the system which have been accumulated over many years - some purchased by lists, some from sales people who have moved on etc etc. Of these, I believe there are less than 1,000 up to date, valid, quality names. However, it feels counter intuitive to start deleting leads from the system (we may want this data should someone come back to life later). invoice template row totals not showing currency format starting this week
In my Quotes / Invoices / and Purchase Order templates - in the Grand Total for each row, they are not displayed in currency format, this is a problem that started this week.
