New to Soho so be gentle.. can someone steer me to the correct forum or webinar or help file so that i can learn how to transfer leads coming from a real estate website to the Zoho contact area. I am php programmer so i can develop any sort of interface that might be needed but first i have to know your rules for importing email leads from a real estate website.
Zoho CRM and Zopim integration Workflow not triggered
We are using Zoho CRM and have it integrated with Zopim (Zendesk Chat). The integration is working properly and we are getting cases inserted at the end of a Zendesk chat. Unfortunetely the default entry the integration creates has the case Status as "New", After a Zendesk chat with your employees many of the cases should be set to "Closed" as no further action is needed. Associate Multiple Existing Contacts with a Custom Module Record
Please tell me this typical CRM functionality is available in Zoho CRM.. A lookup only allows one.. but I want to relate several contacts in a related list to one record in a custom module.. And creating NEW is not an option. Simple concept for a custom module to identify workshops.. and related contacts to be participants in a workshop. Please shed some light.
How to organize potential leads by state?
I have a list of every city, county, school for each state 20 total states. What is the best way to organize these in Zoho CRM? These are potential leads I have to call and hopefully turn into a lead. Which module would I use at first?

Allow users to see other users records but Limit sending Email only to theirs
Hi Currently anyone can send individual emails and mass emails to any client no matter if it is theirs or not. We have set it so that everyone can see everyones notes, tasks, and emails sent from CRM. I want to keep allowing my CRM users to see other users Leads/Contacts/Accounts but I don´t want them to be able to Send Mass emails to them, and allow them to send only to their own Leads/Contacts/Accounts. Hope someone knows how to do this

Automate Account Name by Concatenating Other Fields
I deal with consultants who name their companies after themselves. Often they are uncomfortable completing a Company Name field. Yet the Company Name field is mandatory. To get around this I need to be able to lift the First Name and Last Name from the Lead/Contact to complete the Account/Company Name. Please tell me there is a way to automate the completion of Account Names with the First/Last Name variables. If not.. Please tell me a workaround. Much appreciated.
Mapping/Linking Fields
Is there a way to link fields in two different modules. For example if on a business view you update the workplace phone number. Can it update associated contacts with the new work place phone number?

When assigning Contact Roles in Potential View, then adding More Contact and slecting Contact Name Lookup - by default Related Contacts are shown - is it possible to change / setup up - so after selecting Contact Name Lookup by default All Contacts are shown?

I understand how to add them based on this, however, we have a number of contacts whos email address are not unique to the account they are under- meaning, Joe Blow > j.blow@email.com can be listed under company 1 :> CO 1 ltd and as well as company 2 :? How to add custom module as list to Sales Order
We have Devices as a custom module. There are multiple Devices associated with an Account (working fine). We need to assign selected Devices to a Sales Order so the technician knows which devices to perform service on. I thought a Related List would work well, but I cannot see the option to create one for Sales Orders. How can I make this happen?

Cannot Get Correct Territory Assigned
Hi. We had a new sales rep start who took over from somebody who left. I reassigned all of the Accounts, Contacts, etc. from the old rep to the new rep. I also set up his territory. Our territory hierarchy is Country (top most) ==> Region ==> Rep In this specific case the hierarchy is North America ==> East ==>017 - John Smith The rule is set up as follows: 017 - John Smith Account Owner is John Smith I then went to Assign Territories, selected "My Own Criteria" then Account Owner = John Smith Instead
Field Limitations drive me crazy
I am trying to design a great system for us to use and i am constantly having to redesign because of hitting field limitations / layout rule limitations surely these could be a bit more generous i am paying $300 a month for the system and hitting these barriers i do do find frustrating in what is otherwise a really useful and excellent system Kevin
Lookup Fields
Is anyone else having trouble with lookup fields today? When I'm in Lead edit mode, when I click on a lookup field that was working fine a couple of hours ago, is no longer working. It doesn't launch the popup - just the red bar at the top cycling. I've already sent a ticket to support but who knows how long that will take.

Adding notes - have to click twice before I can start typing
I was wondering if anyone else in the forum is encountering this issue. Whenever I want to add notes in any module, I need to click on the text area box twice before the cursor would focus on it. For example, when I click on it the first time, I get this: The cursor is not focused in the "add a note" textbox and I can't type anything. I have to click on it a second time before it can get focus: Is this normal and why is this not a bug?
Seting date in Blueprint
I want a transition to be able to set a specific date. For example if a lead says to call on a specific date or call me back in October. Am I missing something when creating a task?
Choose a mass email contact
I'm working on a mass email to send out to our contacts and i'm wondering if there is s shortcut to select all contacts [3800]? The way it works now is that i can only select them per page [max 100] and that gets a little time consuming to go and click through 38 pages.
Edit Fields that are shown on Lead Creation Page
I would like to limit the amount of fields that are shown after hitting 'Create Lead'. Essentially, I want our sales staff to only visually show the REQUIRED fields needed on the 'lead creation page. To add additional information they need to create the lead and from that page edit the fields. Screenshot shows the 'create lead' screen shot that I am looking to edit.

When receiving a meeting request, the meeting request info is not shown when reading the email. There is the little icon showing it is a meeting request but no info as far as date/time/attendees, etc...

Just experienced the worst customer service by Zoho CRM ever. Do not seem to care. Pretty much say, nothing we can do. Good bye zoho, been customer for 5 years and i am going elsewhere unless some oen management contacts me and resovles my issue
Dividing leads
I am currently redesigning the Zoho CRM for the company I work in. I want to create two separate modules for two different types of leads, given that we have two different business lines. Unfortunately when I create a new module and simply put the name of the type of lead, many of the lead functionalities are missing. Is there a way for me to efficiently split leads into two modules, and be able to convert both from leads to accounts?

Creating Auto Emails
Hi there, I have a couple questions about auto generating emails with Zoho. First I would like to creat a workflow rule that when a deal or opportunity is close and won an email is auto sent out after a set period of time. I see how I can creat a task after a period of time, but not how to send out an auto email. Is this possible? Second, I would like to send out Auto emails around birthdays or client annaversary dates? Is this possible? Thanks so much in advance, Brad
Zoho mail merge and Office 365 spam filters
The Office 365 spam filter automatically quarantines bulk emails by default, ie. any that come from using the Zoho mail merge templates that send via mailer.zohocrm.com, even if just sent to 2 people. I'm noticing when you send to one person, the From address is yourself. But send to 2 or more and it's sent via the mailer, which then gets quarantined. Just curious how others deal with this? It'd be nice if we could somehow circumvent the mailer.

I'm trying to create an email template with not layout, but even when I select the blank template, I get pre defined borders etc. How can I create a template that is without any layout/borders etc? Thanks!

Hi Guys I am finding Zoho a pretty good CRM after testing numerous different ones. However, I am getting so frustraed with the email sycronisation. I have synced my zoho with Gmail so that emails appear. But this is not really working for me since if I delete the email from Gmail it also deletes from my CRM. I don't see the point in saving emails in both places. I would like my crm to help free space in my inbox but this is not working. How do other people manage their emails? Do you only use Zoho

General information changing on both company and contact level
Dear all, We want to optimize our database of leads and contacts! Sending a postal mailing, some of the letters returned to sender. I want to update the address in ZOHO. I thought it would be easy to change the general information like address, postal code, general phone number on company level. Unfortunately these changes were not made on contact-level. Could someone tell me how the these changes automatically will be made on both the company and contact level? Many thanks
