When I email a lead from CRM, is there a way for me to know if the client opened my email?
Reordering sub modules (sales Order) on Contacts Module page
I can reorder the Page layout of contacts in <Setup>Customization<Modules> however I want to move the sales Order section up to right below the Name and address info yet do not see how. Multiple Contacts in Calls
We are frequently in calls that include multiple parties (Contacts and companies). There is certainly some lacking in customization within the 'Activity' space. I was wondering if there was a way to do the following: Associate multiple contacts and/or accounts for Call activities. Specify whether a call is actually a call or email. Follow-Up Calls/Tasks
I have noticed that the 'Save and Create Follow-Up Task' within the call module is ONLY present when you log it from Activities > + Call. However, often we will be logging calls from within the 'Deal' or 'Account Modules, where you have the smaller call pop-up window. In that call module, they do NOT have a "Follow-Up" Option to select. Is there any way to activate this or is it just not a current feature? Web to Lead Email Notification
How do we edit the template for the web to lead email notification. As it is now, it doesn't display the fields in the correct order. For example, it would make sense for first name to be next to last name, instead of separated by 10 lines of other info. Please advise...
New to Zoho CRM
We are currently in the process of implementing the Zoho Plus CRM system within our workplace, and I am hoping fellow users may be able to assist to best utilise the system for our needs. Contacts and Mutiple search catagories
How do I assign a contact to multiple search citeria? Let me give you an example... I want to code them in as (each seperate for searching individual or collective) Code as a Friend. Also Christmas List, Also Special Contact... This way I can sort by one of these or multiple and pull them up to contact all that fit the criteria or print labels, etc...
Can create contacts from my accounts?

Simply is there a URL to open Zoho CRM and do a search by a URL parameter?
Our backend customer website would like to provide a link to quickly go to our Zoho CRM and do a search against all the modules. Its the same search as the top header allows in the application with the magnifying glass, but I want to provide the search term in a URL and just get the search results on the crm.zoho.com website. I dont want an api with XML or JSON back, I just want to open a new browser and do the search. I have looked around, but maybe just missing the obvious. Thanks.
Skype
Skype recently terminated the functionality within their Click to Call which highlights the telephone number and thus allows the number to be dialed automatically within Skype. Sometimes it is possible to click on the telephone icon next the telephone number in Zoho which dials the number directly, other times it simply opens the dialogue box in Skype but doesn't add the number - not sure why that happens. Trying to export Parent Account Id in a csv file from an Account report
When I create a report of my Accounts - I ask for the following fields: Account Name Parent Account The .csv file that exports shows ACCOUNTID Account Name Parent Account ACCOUNTID I was hoping that one of the ACCOUNTID columns would be the Account ID of the Parent Account, but both ACCOUNTID's are of the Account Name. Is there another way to get the Parent Account ID - or do I just have to search by the "Name" and not the Id?
CRM Pro - planned enhancements
It would be very helpful for me to get input from Zoho regarding planned improvement to CRM 2016. It would enable me to plan better in order to meet my specific needs. Take email as an example; Around the introduction of CRM 2016, I switched to IMAP from POP3. My reason was to resolve issues in POP3, such as email duplication. However with IMAP and CRM 2016 the functionality is very limited. Does Zoho plan to add a dedicated email tab with some added functions, such as email search? Thanks
months event view problem
slightly odd as we change from October to November in Monthly view for November we have days showing no appointments even though if we click on the day they show. They also show on the spill over in October. I have tried refreshing page. It is causing some problems Any ideas.

Problem with filter on activity view
Hello, On the former ZOHO version it was possible to filter the view with any visible columns even the column "description" With the new version even if we add the column "description " in the view it is impossible to make a filter because this added column does not appear on the drop down box list on the left side Is it a bugg???? Email Analytics Report after Upgrade from Standard to Pro
I just upgraded from Standard to Pro to evaluate the Email Analytics and Top Ten Templates reports, but I'm not seeing any data. I assumed the data was in the database and the report could pull it, but will the Pro version not provide data for historical emails? only those I send going forward?

Error when adding an admin to my CRM. New Email address is registered to someone else.
Hi, I am super admin and have added a colleague as an admin to our crm. The problem is that when he logs in he gets to a page for registered email verification for a name that isn't his and an email address that isn't his. He's a new employee therefore has a completely new email address, but somehow, on Zoho, it is already registered to some one else. Please help - It's unproductive and driving us nuts! Thanks Pete
Creating projects with free trial
Is it possible to create projects with the Zoho CRM Professional free trial?? We like the software and are considering buying licenses however it won't let the admin create projects - since it won't let us create a portal. Hope someone can advise. thanks

Unbounce Integration
I have associated my Zoho CRM account with my unbounce account, and when people submit the form on unbounce, that lead is then being passed to the 'leads' area of my CRM, however at this point they have been double qualified by my sales funnel and so I want them to be directly transferred to my 'contacts' - How can I make sure that all the leads that come in from unbounce are sent to contacts, and not to leads. I have a 5 user subscription to ZOHO+ which we purchased in search of a better project management software. I find that while many of ZOHO's tools are effective and feature rich, the CRM completely missed the boat with regards to gmail integration. My message to the engineering team is to have a look at https://www.fullcontact.com/. You guys should just buy this company and incorporate it's features into zoho.

Import records to custom module - need records to be viewable by everyone
As administrator, I imported records into a custom module. How do I make the records accessible by all users? I want all users to be able to see them, but only administrators will see all of the fields.

Mail attachment problem in the new interface
The attachment button does nothing in Hebrew version. If changing interface language to English it works (i.e. Opens sub-menu to select the attachment source).
Slow Email Send
Having found that we now have Email Insights to track sent email, I have been testing sending email from the CRM. But, I am finding it unusable as each send takes over 25 seconds from when I click Send. I have tried from both IE and Chrome. Can anyone tell me if this is expected behaviour?
Task reminders only being sent for a certain length of time
