How do I test workflow automation?
I'm trying to send an email once per year on a client wedding anniversary. Does this workflow look correct? A contact is booked with "Add-ons" has a value and "DJ Name" has a value. I'm mainly concerned about the "Start time" which is also a clients anniversary. Will it send every year?
Help with Multiple Autoresponders Follow Up Dates
I'm sorry if this question has been addressed already. I need to set up a series (about 14) of drip campaign e-mails (for prospects). I tried setting up an autoresponder with follow-ups, but it only allowed five and I need more than that. Is there any way around that? Should I be setting it up in MailChimp instead? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Creating a sticky url
Hi everyone! I use a url key for my my campaigns on AdWords to measure where the conversion came from, but this works only on the landing page. If there any way I can create a sticky url to maintain the key during the whole session? Creating a sales funnel
New to Zoho here trying it out to see if it will work for us. We have 22k email/phone number list We want to put those into zoho, and create funnels based on if they have replied to our phone calls or emails or if they have received samples or not. Import as leads to start, right? I noticed they forced me to name a company for a lead, thats not gonna work because all of these people are independent contractors. How do i make the funnel for each step? Thanks

Where did the macros go?
I need to edit our macros but can't find them. They were created for Contacts and I used to be able to click the button within a contact record "Run Macro" and then "Manage Macros" from that dropdown. However that button has disappeared and I can't seem to find where to go within the app to find our Macros. The help docs are really not helpful. They say the following: To create a macro Click the [Module] tab for which you want to create a macro. In the Module's Home page, click Run Macro > Create
Inodes Increase
There has been a rapid increase in the inode value (30K) on my host server over the past month since adding Zoho CRM and Zoho Sales IQ, is it coincidence or does activity in Zoho CRM and Zoho Sales IQ increase the number of files/folders in my domain? The inode value before this was fairly constant.
Industry field data
I use the Industry field in Accounts and Contacts to sort lists for various actions. Is there a way to transfer the Industry field from the account record to the related contact records. I've read through various posts and saw that this was not possible a couple of years ago. I'm hoping it has changed.

Help with Google Mail sync setup

Import Date Format
Okay I have my account date format set to dd/mm/yyyy. So, why doesn't the Advancd import setting for date default to the same format as my organisations date format is set to? Am I missing something or is this another little 'feature' issue?

I can't send email from ZohoCRM
I'm setting up our company's ZohoCRM account and am having trouble sending email to contacts/leads from within the CRM. I tested it a few days ago and was able to send a few messages. After adding IMAP so that I could sync my work gmail account, I started getting an error when I hit send. The IMAP syncing is working, as I can see all emails I've sent or received in gmail in the CRM, I just can't send emails from the CRM. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
Old Professional vs New Professional vs Enterprise
We are currently using the Old Professional version of zoho crm and have 39 users. We had 40 users recently during our CRM Plus trial and when we tried to add a new user our system said that we could not have more than 40 users. Activities Feed page
Using the new Activities feed page in the column format, I cannot see any proposals. The columns are set as a default with Customers, Open Proposals, Leads/Contacts and Others, but I cannot customise the fields or include which proposals I see. I also don't know what criteria the activities are being selected for. Any ideas?
Problem while I'am editing Template

"Barriers" or "Hurdles" to making a sale
I am testing Zoho for it's suitability for our business. One important piece of info we need to capture is potential reason for not making or loosing a sale and subsequently run a report to see why we might be loosing business to see if there is a pattern. Does this field exist as standard? And can it have pre defined reasons, i.e. Price too high, leadtime too long etc.... or just free text? Many thanks, Jon
Why not build in Zoho Campaigns into CRM directly?
With CRM's new email template interface and overall interface, why doesn't Zoho just build Campaigns directly in CRM? Right now the integration between CRM/Campaigns is poor, plus Campaigns has an old UI. We already do enough mass mailing and autoresponders to have some sort of robust Campaigns app built in. Thoughts? Plans?
"Convert Lead mapping" error
Dear Sirs With the new version of ZOHO CRM once we do a conversion from a LEAD to a CONTACT the surname is lost. In the "Convert Lead mapping" the "Last name" value in the LEAD is not mapped to the "Last name" value in the CONTACT. We have converted thousands of Leads into Contacts in the previous ZOHO version and everything was ok in this mapping.
