issue with event host
One of our users is having the following issue, When he goes to schedule a meeting another users name is the default "host" when he changes the "host" to his name it will not allow him the schedule the event. As a work around he is inviting himself to the meetings . . . . we'd like to resolve the issue. I looked for a default meeting host setting and could not locate one. Any suggestions would be appreciated, btw this user is our owner . . . .
Zoho changed settings on my Dashboard in the new UI without my permission
It is not just the visuals that Zoho changed. I have Dashboards setup and they were altered for the new version. For example, in the old version, I have dashboards of "Vertical Bar - Stacked to 100%" setup. On the transition to the new UI, they were all changed to "Vertical Bar - Stacked" with an overlay of dollar amounts over the bars. When you do a UI change, you should NEVER change the data and settings your customers are used to. This is a HUGE problem.

Color and/or blink of fields depending on their value
Hello That would be useful to add some color that could be green for a "true" value for ex or taking a specific color for a specific content of a value in a pick up list. If not possible make it "blink". thanks

I want to send various automated alerts to contact's emails. One in particular is a "Happy Birthday"? 1 - How do I match the month/day field (not the year) 2 - Do I really need to upgrade from professional to enterprise to do this?
Account Report - won't show Parent Account Id
I created a basic Account report called Parent account mapping - just to show Account Name and Parent Account. When the .csv file gets generated it displays I was assuming that the second ACCOUNTID would show the account id of the Parent account. But obviously it doesn't. It just shows the main account. Is there any way to get a report to display the Parent's Account Id?

When i select a group of contacts on a view, all the options [...] with zoho sheet view is not enable i can't find it , when i have a view with no selection it's possible but only for 100 lines...somedy now how to use zoho sheet view for a selection fews contacts ?

Web Form Fields
I'm a little confused... When I create a web form some of the hidden fields are styled like this: input type="text" style="display:none; Why not simply use: input type="hidden" The current method seems very sloppy to me. Just curious....
Importing Leads
When importing leads why does Zoho not look for duplicates in the contacts module or at least give you the option to search both modules? It makes no sense that Zoho would only look at the leads module for duplicates. That means I would have to manually search our CRM before ever uploading leads to ensure they aren't already a contact. When using Zoho BCC dropbox, it searches both leads and contacts module before creating a new lead. Why isn't this a feature when uploading leads?
Zoho Crm potential converts to invoice
Potentials I create on Zoho CRM automatically get converted to Zoho Invoice - Estimate. How can I remove this feature?

Additional first name field for spouse
I've tried to create an additional first name field for spouse such as Spouse First Name. The problem is I'm unable to create the Salutation and first name as one field, or link the two as it appears for the default first name field. Thoughts?
Reset Sales Signals Indicator
I love the new User Interface and features! I'm having a little trouble getting the Sales Signals indicator to reset after I view new notifications. I've individually clicked on all new notifications. Is there a trick I'm missing? A global reset of the indicator would be a good feature to add.
Zoho CRM - Attachments and Competitor "new" button missing
In Potentials there is no long a button to add a new attachment (usually via desktop) or to add a new competitor. Older records show this feature but not new records. Any ideas?
Notes not saving on CRM Modules
We have customers experiencing this issue. Notes are not saving. Two PC's in our office running Chrome, one works ok the other has the issue.

Imap Authentication stuck in authenticating mode
I had configured my zoho mail to work in the CRM and it seemed like it was working flawlessly. However, when I went in this morning to try and utilize it, I noticed that it was not connected and I clicked the button to have it connect again. It is now showing 'authenticating' and has been for the past 4-5 hours now. I noticed problems in send mass emails in CRM
Hi, I sent a few mass emails from CRM this week. One guy got 4 emails in a row and some people didn't get emails. Also CRM was saying '200 emails sent' when I only selected 100 people. It's very buggy. Is Zoho aware of this and is it being fixed? Tim

Sending mail limit 500 / day

Cannot create events
Neither I nor my coworkers can go to a lead and create an event out of that Lead. Every time I try, I get the error message: The action that you intend to perform is not possible Sorry,you have reached the maximum limit in your current edition We are using the newer version of Zoho as well.
Two independent databases
I'm starting a nonprofit that deals with both donors and clients who we collect sensitive information on. We cannot store our donors and clients in the same database - they need to be in completely different file sets and we need to be able to back up both donor and client databases separately. Zoho CRM Product pricing on POs and SOs.
I am evaluating Zoho CRM for a customer. I add a simple product with a Unit Price of $1.00ea. When I create a PO for the item I get the price of $1.00 ea, which is what I want. When I create an SO for the same product and add a the product in the line item I get the price of $1.00 ea. I created a price book for the product with a list price of $2.00 but, I do not get the $2.00 list price. If I select the price book icon on the line item I can then select the price book and the list price will

Why can't I remove the activities date column in Leads view?
Question speaks for itself. Why assume I always want it visible? I don't need to see the date a task is due or late on every single view. Its ridiculous that I cannot hide it in a CUSTOM view. Besides limiting my use of views, it takes up a lot of screen real estate (and yes I know I can hide the filter menu)!

Sharing emails that are attached to a Contact/Potential
I just discovered that emails that I send to a contact and .bcc zoho indeed show up on their record and potential that they are associated with. That's the good news. I also learned that a new sales rep who has access to that record doesn't see any of those emails. Why is that? How can I make sure that everyone that has authority to work with that contact and potential sees the entire email chain associated with it? TIA for your response. Sam

Outlook for Mac Plugin Applescript Error
I activated and downloaded the outlook plugin for Mac. I can successfully log in. But whenever I try to use the Add Email feature, I get an error message saying: "Error Occured! Applescript returned an error". Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

SalesIQ/Visits no longer working
My Visits tab is no longer working. The code is on my web site: http://badwolfpress.com It was all fine and suddenly there is nothing there. When I go to the "Visits" tab, I just get the code to add to my web site.
