Invoice Amount to be the deal amount after creating the invoice
Hi team - is it possible for Zoho CRM to put the invoice amount in the deal amount once an invoice is created. We have integrated CRM with Zoho Books and when the invoice is created, the deal amount is always 0. Any way to automate this? Can this be done via custom function?
How to create groups of customers
Hi, We run a consultancy business where we have different groups of networkers that help us take our services and products to market. For each group type we have independent contacts (not part of an organisation or account) that we want to target both individually and as a group with new events. semi-automatic workflow
Hi guys, I'm an entertainer, and I sell timeslots for shows. I have a webform in my website that captures potential bookings and puts them in the CRM. I'd like to trigger a workflow in CRM that will send them a confirmation of booking, and afterwards a pre-show check up email etc., but I want to do it so that I have to authorise the workflow first, either through a manual authorisation or similar. The reason for this is that I need to check my diary manually for availability BEFORE sending out confirmation
How do I change the From name on outgoing emails
The From name on outgoing emails seems to be my user account name which is my personal name. I want it to be the name of the organization, but I can't find any way to change it to that. Help, please!
Easier way to mass transfer leads?
Is there a way to mass transfer all leads from one account to another? I already tried the "Mass transfer leads" but I have over 10,000 leads which need to be transferred... I can´t see myself clicking 10,000 tiny boxes to be honest with you. Is there an easier way?
Fields not transferring after Conversion.
When I am converting leads to contacts, it is not transferring all of the information to the contact card. Why is this happening and how can I get around it? For example, I just put a lead in this morning, filled out all his information with address, phone number, all the custom fields I created for our business, and the ONLY things that transferred to his contact card was Name, phone number and email address. Now all of his other information is gone. What am I doing wrong here? This is hugely

3 Tier customer account hierachy possible?
From customer perspective (not Zoho users) - I see that we can associate an account with a parent. But what about sister companies that have branch locations with different addresses under parent? So 3 tiers? I can only find reference to parent company and using a pick list custom field. Use case - 1st tier franchise as uber parent, 2nd tier geographic companies independently owned but associated w/parent, 3rd tier multiple branch offices and their addresses. i.e. real estate companies or retail
Problem with report: no entries
Hi everyone, We use CRM Reports to keep track of the subscriptions for our events. But for one account manager, the reports appear empty. He sees the reports in the general overview, he can access them, but there are no entries inside. Has this got something to do with permissions or restrictions? I already made the map visible for everyone. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have recently imported a new set of contacts into crm using the migration wizard. I have just realised that I need to redo the import with some additional fields. However, I dont want to delete the current import. If I re-import the same list will the wizard match existing contacts or create duplicates? James

column width
I have seen that a lot of people have asked/complained about this issue but noone has answered... Today it has gotten even worse, now it seems that all columns are the same size .... is there a way (now or planned in the future) to bring back the auto-adapt column width??? email notification on new lead no being sent
This used to work, but stopped a few months ago. I have a workflow set to send an email notification when a new lead is created via a webform or a lead is edited. Same alert - "Create or Edit" When the web form is created, the email to the user is sent but the email notification that the lead was created is NOT sent. If I edit the lead, the email notification IS sent. Is there something else that needs to be done to get the initial create email send.

Hi, I have assigned activities to accounts, however, when I create a report they are not shown. Only the activities assigned to my leads/opportunities are shown in the report. Activites / Events view panel
Hello, I am having a few issues with the Events panel. 1. in the old version the column width would auto regluate, now with the new one it seems that is has a minimum and max width, can this be changed? 2. I can decide what column to sort by, this is clear. So I usually have is sorted by "from date" and this works fine. But often I have 4-5 jobs in this event and they all have the same date. My problem is the following: I create event "A-100" from 20-24 september later on I create event
I would like to format an inventory template
I am creating a proposal pack which includes a mail merge from one module, email templates from another and an inventory template from the quote module. The inventory template is causing me issues as I want to manipulate the data from the quote into the same styling as the other pages. Is there away of extracting the data that comes from the products selection into my own format. I've tried everything, including replicating the field values that the current quote template shows. Help with custom template
I am looking for some help with the design of custom templates. I am creating, via Zoho CRM a tender doc. This includes a mail merge template from the potentials module, an email template from a customised module and an inventory template from the quote module. Everything is working fine except the inventory template - I want to manipulate the presentation to match the other two templates but, I cannot extract the information other than having the table which looks like an invoice, in the middle.
Reassigning New Activities Tasks to Current View
Hello. Is there a way I can assign new tasks to a current view under Activites? What I'd like to do is have our sales people callback those they previously called but only got voicemail. The original activities were assigned from the leads view, but I don't think I'd be able to assign them new tasks again using the same criteria as the list will also include those they've also talked to. I'm not sure how I could isolate only those they called but got voicemail because they're all listed as done/completed

Enquiry Stats not showing
Hi I've noticed that for campaigns sent out using Zoho Campaigns it does not give you the enquiry stats overview in the campaigns module of Zoho CRM. For campaigns not linked to Zoho Campaigns, you get a very helpful stats section that automatically gives you a total of how many enquiries and how much revenue are attributed to that campaign. The organisation to specify the 'Business Days" in the CRM settings (say for example Monday-Friday) And then the ability to create automations based on this. For example: Send a follow up email 3 Business Days after a quote has been sent. Any takers?
Custom Button Auto Fill on New Page
Hi, I have added two forms from my Zoho Creator account to Zoho CRM. The Creator reports have data that would be directly related to contacts in CRM. I want to create buttons for the contact View pages that would open the a link to one of the forms, and use the contact's email to populate the email search field on the report page when it opens. Would this be a possibility? And could you point me in the right direction? Thanks
Quotes attached to deals
If I create a quote from from the Deal view it is not listed in the view. It can only be found if you look at either the Quotes tab or by view the Account. Is this the expected behaviour? Is there anyway of viewing the quote in the Deal view? Thanks in advance
Frequency of sync, ZohoCRM and Reports
Hi, When setting up the sync between ZohoCRM and ZohoReports you only have the option to synchonise once per day. Is there anyway of increasing the frequency. Waiting 24 hours to get accurate reports is a long time, especially when preparing for planning meetings etc. Any other options?
