Flow of a sale from a lead to a contact to an account?
Hi I am new to CRM, so I do this: Collect Leads - Call a lead Next is what? If contact agrees and pays me, then do I convert them to a contact? Once I make them to a contact, they become an account too? If if that lead needs a follow up or two but not sure if they would buy or not, do I still convert them to a contact? Also, once I convert someone to a contact, don't they become an account automatically anyway? Is there a guide to show me how to use this properly?? Thank you in advance
Email Merge fields not working
The email merge fields do not seem to be working for me. After I copy and paste the contact and user merge fields into a template and then select the template, the fields stay as the name of the field and do not "merge in" the actual field data. What am I doing wrong, or is there a security setting in my internet explorer that is not allowing the"merge" to occur(attached is a received email confirming this). Maximum Auth Tokens
Our sales engineers are on the road almost constantly. As a result, they max out the number of Auth Tokens very quickly, like once per week. They know how to fix it, by going into their account page and deleting the tokens, but many complain that it is a hassle to keep doing this. Is there a way to increase the number of Auth Tokens? If not, are there any best practices to reduce the frequency of maxing out the Auth Tokens? Thank you! John Galich

Hi Zoho Team, I would find it very useful to be able to view my open Contact Approval lists on my home page. By this I mean the duplicates and non-duplicates found under Contact Tools. Can I customize the contact lookup in Potentials module to include leads?
At our company we're trying to customize zoho CRM to fit us, so we use some things slightly different from the default. When I select "add contact roles" in potentials, I get to the screen "contact roles mapping", and of course when I click on the "contact name lookup" icon a new window pops up for me to choose a contact from. My question is, can I customize the drop down menu in that window to include Leads? It would be really helpful for how we use the potentials module.
Can't Email From CRM App
I have always been able to pull up a contact in the Zoho CRM app, click on their email, and send them an email. Starting today, it says "you do not have permission to send the email. Please contact your administrator to enable 'send email' permission to your account." What administrator are they talking about? How do I fix this?

In Google Calendar, I can set an unlimited number of reminders for each event. For example, I might want to set an e-mail reminder a day before the event to remind myself that it will occur the next day, and a pop-up reminder an hour before the event to remind myself to leave for the event (to be clear, the reminder would only state the event; the other information mentioned is going on in my head). When closing an account the potentials associated to the account should also close automatically.
When we "park" or close an account, we would love that the potentials associated to that account also close automatically or at least give us the option, when closing an account a pop up asks "Close related Potentials". This would be a great addition to the capabilities.

Cannot view email template
I am using the free version of CRM and have added an email template. I was able to test it with success by sending an email with the template to one of my leads. After several tests, i am trying to send the same template to one of my contacts and I am unable to view the template in the dropdown menu. please help

I would like to see a list of Sales Orders, showing both the Account Name and the Products, but so far I can not do this either in Sales Order View or in Sales Order Report. URGENT: Last Dialogue Time import not recorded, fields remain blank
I'm trying to import last dialogue times for ~2000 prospects. I have followed the exact date/time format as indicated in the import section and have even tried different formats. Nothing works. This is very frustrating as our ~2000 key prospects now lack lack Last Dialogue Times and this has messed up all our reminders. Can someone please help me out? Hello, We have a picklist field that we've been using to populate a field that's the basis for many reports that are created annually (for a school year). Going forward, there is a need to change some of these values -- mostly we're consolidating two values. We do NOT want to affect the reports that have already been created for this year. We only want the new picklist values to be the basis for reporting going forward. Of course, we understand that this will change the design of some of the reports
