Using Zoho Invoice from Potentials
Hi, We currently use the potentials module for all job information but the Zoho Invoice module doesn't seem to work or show any related information for the relevant account. We would like the ability to use the Zoho Invoice module from Potentials so the account and job information can be filled out from the current potential, how can we set this up? Thanks Lee

Need to change Last Modified Time
Is there a way to change the Last Modified Time (administrator only of course)? We run a report for a sales people based on last modified time for tasks. This gives us a daily activity / call report. However, we have new people to the system and they are still learning to properly update key fields. I need to be able to convert many leads at once. Is this possible? On a side note: I researched this topic before posting this thread and tried to post a comment on several other threads exactly like mine and was unable to do so. System stated I was already editing the comment and needed to close the edit before continuing. However I was not editing the comments. Is there a problem with the forums today?

Received emails not being saved to contact
Hi In the last 24 hours I've received an email from 2 separate contacts. I've been alerted to these by Mail Magnet which recognises all emails where Zoho CRM has an email address saved for the contact. Although the email messages have appeared in Mail Magnet they've not been added to the contact's Mail records. Has anyone else experienced this problem or is able to provide any help? Thanks.
Merge Fields
I am trying to insert merge fields in an email template. I wish to use First Name and then several from Address Information. When I have tested this only the First Name field is appearing. Am I doing something wrong? Many thanks, David

defult first and surname issues
Hello, New to Zoho (today) Trying to import a 4 Colum excel sheet with 800 companies on iv compiled (not name on the FIRST and SURNAME yet) It wont let me upload as the majority of them don't have the names filled I, they are set to compulsory fields. How can I remove the option to make them compulsory? I want to be able to get the list uploaded and fill in the names as I go? Thanks
Finding Duplicate Records on a large basis.
Hey guys. I am new to Zoho CRM. And by New.. I mean today is my second day using the program. I am doing some data clean up for a company and one of the things they would like me to do is find duplicate lead records. then find account/ lead duplicate records and merge them into one. I know i can " find and merge duplicates" for a single record, but is there a way to create a list of duplicates before i merge them?
recording customer visits
Hi, Our sales team is making customer visits and recording the customer visit as a regular activity.We also record meetings in our office as activity. Why is the contact phone number no longer auto-populating when creating a quote?
When creating a quote, the contact phone number used to auto-populate from the contact module. For some reason, this is no longer happening and we cannot determine what has changed or how to change it back. Please help.

I keep getting tons and tons of emails saying that auto fetch has been disabled on my zoho mail account, even though I have completely disabled that email address. How do I stop that? I don't want to delete the account because I have a ton of emails in it that I don't want to lose. However, I am no longer using that email address anymore due to a hack. I'm trying to create a Comments section for the Task module where users can add comments and see a history of comments. I found this same feature for Solutions and Cases, but was unable to see the functionality behind it to replicate for Tasks. Does anyone know how to achieve this for Tasks?

Form validation (spam) issues
I have a simple subscription form on my home page (embedded into the Wordpress page using XYZ HTML Snippets). It works perfectly when I test it but I keep getting spam submissions. These submissions do not seem to be landing in my CRM but I am getting the email notifications - tons of them! I guess I could turn off the notifications to my email but if bots are getting through to my form that seems like it should be fixed somewhere. Hi I run a tour company. We not only deal with organisations but also direct clients (B2C). How do I create an account for a customer who does not represent a company ? Hi I have a file upload section in my form. When I try to access the image in the entries area - it cannot be opened after downloading. The system doesnt recognize the format - should be jpg. When the form is integrated with the CRM and the image is downloaded, this is also the case. Can you help? Thanks

Re-starting with Zoho CRM and deleting the old company profile
We started using Zoho CRM on a trial basis with one user to see if it fits our needs. Now we want to have the CRM common and accessible to all our six employees so that we all see the same data, but when we invite any one of our employees as a user, they get a response thats says that they cannot link to the Superadmisttaotr on admin@tfork.com as a CRM users, as they have already created their now CRM under their now emailadress@tfork.com. How can I force tax per line item to then calculate in the tax summary on Purchase and Sales Orders?
Dear Sir/Madam I have set up my products that we provide so that the cost is calculated on the line item inclusive of tax rate automatically. My issue now is that the Tax Rate calculation then doesn't get replicated in the Summary area under sub totals with out then adding an additional 20% tax rate to the grand total. Hi, In my company we use Products that might be provided by one or more Vendors. I see that when you create a vendor and then enter to their profile you can create a new realted product, but you can´t relate an existing one. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Other administrator can't see my data

Creating a new user problem
Hi, We have just started to evaluate ZOHO. We are a free user. We want to add a second user. This fails because we cannot populate the 'Role' field, because the role lookup does not work. Sending Emails from Activities
I am trying to send an email from ZOHO when I am going through my daily activities. I created a template with record type 'leads' which has a subject, body and attachment. When I click on the green 'Send Mail' button, a mail window pops up with the contact email address in the 'To' field. I select Add Template and select my template from the drop down. This fills in the subject, but the body is blank and I'm not even able to type in a message. Clicking on the Send button has no response. No clue
