Imported leads in zoho show up with wrong date
Hello, I have just imported a bunch of leads into ZOHO. All field have been assigned and all records were imported succesfully. However, one field "DatumConsult" is constantly being imported and somehow converted to a wrong date. I've tried to import the leads several times now with different notations for the dates. dd/mm/yyyy, dd/month/yyyy etc. For example, the date: 16 mei 2012 & 16-05-2012 are being converted and shown as: 15 may 2008 & 15-05-2008 respectively. IMAP setup NOT working for my Domain email
Hi I have a couple of issues with CRM Email setup. --- 1. PROBLEM NOT SOLVED --- I cannot setup IMAP for my Domain email address, it gives me an error. but all the info is correct. Dear Forum member. Is it posible to update the poduct "Qty in Stock" from the Invoices step? What I want to do is the following. .) Create a Order with offered 20 Piece .) 20 pieces are in "Qty in Stock" .) Customer accept the Order. .) I deliver only 15 pieces. .) I write the invoice but but 15 in the Product "Quantity" field Now should the CRM automatically reflect this and write the 5 remaining pieces into "Qty in Stock". Autoresponder Chain Not Showing up in Email Records
I set up an autoresponder that sends an email 1 day, 4 days and 9 days after lead creation time. The 9 day email contains a survey. Hello I want to print my job sheets - I am happy for the whole sheet to be printed. Do I need to create a template or should there be a default print option which will print the whole document? Hello, We are using the Quotes feature in Zoho CRM. Our organization uses US dollars as currency. The quote template is working well, except for one minor thing: we would like the template to say just "$" instead of "US$". That is the standard way to present dollars in our country. Hyperlinks in Notes/Descriptions
We use a lot of URLs in our Account Descriptions and Notes, but they are not clickable. Nor can you select and highlight the text on a mobile device to copy it and paste it into a browser. Can you please make this doable? I've used many other CRMs and anytime a URL has been typed it has been clickable. The inability to do this really makes things severely inefficient for our techs on the go.
Cannot see emails in CRM with multiple POP3 accounts
Hello, We have two departments which I would like to monitor and import into Zoho CRM. I've setup two email addresses, via POP3. They both work, I can see emails in the Emails section. The issue is that at the Clients -> Client Name -> Emails I can see only emails received at the default account. I would need to see emails received on both addresses. Is this possible? Layout of columns in search results
I know how to customize which columns appear in Search Results. What I can't figure out is how to change the position of the columns in the Search Results. ex. Full Name cannot be de-selected and any other field added to the Search layout will appear to the left of (i.e. before) the full name column so if I also want to see Account, Email, Phone .. the easiest field to match to (Full Name) is forced to the far right. Instead, I want full name to appear in the far left.

Data retaining - converting to free edition
I am currently using a trial version of Zoho CRM professional edition. What will happen with the details I have entered once the trial period expires? Will I lose all my data or would they be retained even if it is converted to the Free Edition? Trial Edition and Free Edition differs only in numbers of users can login into Zoho CRM software. Is it possible to auto-populate the Rating in an account when converting a lead. This is a required field when creating a new account but is easily missed when a lead is converted. My sales team will often miss this information when converting an account.

Hi I am trying to get the Forecasting to work on my system, I have set the targets etc. However when I run the computation it does not show anything achieved. Hi, I want to import some leads from a CSV file. Should be easy, except ZoHo is miscounting the populated rows. It says I have over 1000 rows, when I only have a few hundred rows populated rows. So will not import the data. How do I overcome this problem? Thanks, Chris
