Custom Functions in Tasks
When choosing "completed" for the task's status, i want to automatically ask the user if they want to follow up within a certain number of days. If they say no follow up, then nothing happens. If they choose "follow up", i want a new task box to appear asking for the date of the follow up, Is this possible to achieve? Thank you. Boris
Aggregate Sales Orders into Invoices
Hi, at my company we have the following process which I'm trying to implement with Zoho CRM. We sell a service and I customised the Sales Order module to keep track of each service sold. As some of our customers are recurrent customers we invoice them every month/every quarter instead of invoicing them after each sale. When I create an invoice in Invoice module of CRM it doesn't seems like I'm able to associate more than one Sales Order. Is there any way to aggregate more sales orders into one invoice?

Setup a call list from Zoho contacts
New user to Zoho. Would it allow me to setup a call list thru my contacts and make calls similar to a dialer? I currently use callfire for this but would like to get rid of it. Thanks
Problem while importing contacts through excel file
Hi Iam trying to import contacts through excel file. But once the file is imported, it only shows the option of choosing "table 1: Col 1" in all fields and hence i end up creating leads which just show names and not the other data. The data bank is 20000 and manual entry will take a lot of time!
Date format problem when using Zapier Email Parser
I am using the Zapier Email Parser to parse a date (and other information) out of an email. I then use Zapier.com to transfer that information to a new Lead in Zoho CRM. As I am in Australia, the email has the date in the Australian format: DD/MM/YYYY. If the date in the email is 03/08/2015 (3 August 2015), Zapier shows me that the output to Zoho CRM is 03/08/2015. No BCC Dropbox feature is listed for a user with Administrative rights
My user has Administrative profile, however it doesn't have BCC Dropbox feature listed when I check User and Permissions tab. How can I get BCC Dropbox feature activated for my user? Should I request my Super Admin add this feature to my profile? Where should I add this feature? Thank you, Kristi

Invoices printing out all text in the same size font
So we have customized our invoices to our needs, which required certain information to be in a larger font. This shows up on the print preview but when actually printed out all fonts print out in the smallest size which is hardly legible. How can we stop this?
Sending emails to multiple contacts related to potentials
Hello ! I would like to know how you handle multiple contact for 1 potential business. In our business, sometimes we want to send to all the contacts, or a few contacts from each company which potential stage is for example "To call back" (ie: the salespersons + their boss). I would like our salesperson to easily select the potentials then send an email to all their contacts, or the contacts related to the account associated to the potential. How would you manage that ? Hi I am using the following formula to multiply some fields by an hourly rate and total them together. This part of the formula works fine. I now want to take the total calculated by the formula and ad 20% to the total. The differences between catagorising in "Reports" and "Campaigns"
As a check to be sure I'm selecting the correct contacts when preparing a marketing "Campaign" I am running a "Report" selecting the same criteria. When I then compare the results, I find that some of the selections in "Reports" do not appear in "Campaigns" and vis versa. Has anyone come across this problem and is there any straightforward answer why the same criteria produce different results?
Activity Date for Related Lead
Hi All, I'm trying to create a custom view that would show a salesperson's leads with a column that shows the due date of the next activity associated with that lead. I'm especially looking for the salespeople to be able to see which of their leads have no next associated task, and I would like to display this on the homepage rather than creating a separate report that they would need to access. Default Length of a new Event
Hello, It appears that Zoho CRM, when creating a "New Event", defaults to an appointment length of 30 minutes. How do we change the default? Formula to compare dates and then replace numeric answers with text
Hope I can get some help with this formula --- Datecomp(${Accounts.Trial close date},Now())/1440/7 --- The results of this formula in my case will be either 1, 2, 3, or 4. I need the formula to translate the answers as follows. 1 = 1 Week, 2 = 2 Weeks, 3 = 4 Weeks, 4 = 4 Weeks. Within the same formula. Anyone know the answer to this one?

I have noticed by going through various threads, that people requested certain features whether essential or not from as far back as 7 years ago, and still has not been implemented. I can only conclude that Zoho forget about these requests or are not sure whether people really want them. Address autofill from Leads to Quote
Hello, We have structured our system to generate quotes from Leads. We do not use the Potentials function. So when I create a quote for a Lead it does not autofill the address information from that Lead into the Quote. Does anybody know how to do this?

Convert lead without creating an account
We have noticed that you cannot convert a lead into a potential without creating an account. The natural flow is Lead (no value yet), after qualification you may be able assessing a value. I was attempting to change my primary email on my account and ended up putting down the wrong email (added a extra "c") ...so when I tried to go back and change it, I get the message that I have to get the confirmation email before I can change my primary..but I can't get a confirmation email...because I put down the wrong email. How to import Sales from ebay and/or Amazon
Hello, I tried to import my sales from ebay into Zphp CRM, After uploading the xls sheet in Zoho, the screen with the available fields is shown. But I see the field names of my ebay excel sheet but I am not able to choose a corresponding field in Zoho CRM. I this fields are shown the entry "Keine" in german, what means "no" in english.
