My company circumstances have changed and I need to reduce from a paid subscription to free for a while. When I click on the link to downgrade to free, a survey box comes up but there is no way to then progress beyond the survey to complete the downgrade. Can anyone help?
Is there a way not to have to build a search over and over and over?
Under contacts I build a search criteria to filter out clients to get a Total Number, then I go to build a campaign and have to build it all over again so I can add them to a Campaign, then I need to run a report, which again requires me to build the criteria for the search, so that I can upload it to a mail program. Problem with accessing Contact in the Tasks screen
We are using the Free version of Zoho CRM. All of sudden I'm no longer able to access the contacts in the Task screen - I can't access it when I create a new task and I can't access it when I pull up an existing task under Activities. I'm a salesperson and need to be able to see the contact names when I've doing follow-up calls. Please help - I tried signing out and then signing in. Nothing seems to work. I have a potential in my system which closed in May 2015. when I look at the summary of May it does show as 0 . But if i click on the 0 than it will show the win closed potential behind the 0 of 12,000 USD. In an other occasion i have moved potentials to another later date. In the summary they still show as pipeline USD 142,000 but if i click in the USD 142,000,- is shows no details. In another occasion i look at 1,200,000 in 12 different potentials, but in the summary it shows only USD 583,000,-

Sort order in Mail Merge
Hello, When I pull up a set of potentials records and then sort them by a field, I see the list in the order I have selected. When I do a mail merge they end up in the order of creation. This is not very helpful for organizing the final document. The work around is to open in Acrobat and manually reorder the pages (if you are lucky enough to have one record per page). Unable to confirm new user
