How to mass update 'interests' in a multi-select field

Task Templates in CRM?
Is there a way to create a set list of templates in the CRM app? I'd like to add the same list of 5-6 tasks for prospects once they've been qualified, and I really don't want to have to enter each one every time. (I see this is an option in Projects, I just need it in CRM). Thanks!

1 Company with needs for 2 databases with separate information requirements
We currently use Zoho CRM for our Sales process and are very happy. We now find ourselves needing a CRM solution for our suppliers and partners so we can keep track of them as well. However, we require a totally different set of data and information on our supplier CRM. Is there anyway of doing this - keeping two databases with separate info for one account? How do I give a user permission to create reports?
We have a user who has access to some standard reports we created, but I want this user to be able to create any reports he wants. At the moment when he selects the 'create report' button, it says he does not have the right access level to do this and to speak to the administrator. I am the super admin so need to know how to resolve this!
Is it possible to change the layout on a contacts page?
At the moment, the scrolling down order isn't very useful as it shows all the important information at the bottom of the page. Is it possible to change this so things like 'Open activities' for example are nearer to the top of the contact's page rather than at the bottom?

"Next" button on Autoresponder's "Update Response" pop-up not working
Hi, I wanted to report that the Next button on the Autoresponder's "Update Response" pop-up. I get there by going to Leads > Lead Tools > Autoresponder > Update Response and clikcing the Next button in that pop-up window. Once I click the Next button, it just sits there "thinking". I have left it up for 15 minutes a few times, and have tried this over a few days. Here's a screenshot of what it look like. Can someone fix this? We need to see people in that list. Hey, I'd love to have my Zoho CRM tasks appear in my Zoho "Taskz" app on my apple watch. I've tried everything I can think of to get them to appear, but so far everything is blank. In Zoho CRM, I'm clicking on "Activities" then "Add New Task". I create a task, give it a deadline of today, set a reminder for today. Then I go into my Zoho CRM iPhone app and sure enough, the tasks all appear in the phone app. However, there is nothing there on my apple watch. I'd love to have task notifications ping

Cloning Potential does not clone Contacts
When I choose to clone a Potential, it does not clone all the Contacts and their Roles along with it. I then need to re-add 20 Contacts, and manually set each Contact Role for the cloned Potential. How do you clone the Contacts when cloning a Potential? Also the API does not list "Contact Role" as a field for insertRecords(). Default email settings when sending from contact
Hi, I found a resource that describes how to change the default fonts on outgoing emails, but this seems to only apply to the "emails" module. When composing an email from a lead or contact record (by clicking "send email"), the default font is still set as Verdana (even though I changed the default font to Arial by following these instructions: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/compose.html#alink3) Can someone explain how to change the default font in the contacts email composer?
Why no support on Professional edition?
I've been on Enterprise for perhaps 2-3 years. With +- 11 users. I downgraded to Professional to evaluate if this edition would suffice me, as the cost of Enterprise was growing too high for me. Now - my Autoresponder - Thank you message does not fire. Not the workflow. The regular first time response. And I can't even lodge a support ticket. No support even though I'm paying +- $400 pm. Very, very strange policy, Zoho.
View all activity history at a glance
What is the best way to view the entire activity history associated with a contact or account? If I am preparing to call on an account and I see that there has been past activity, I would like to read all the notes before calling. From what I can tell, in order to see the details of each task, you have to click on each task one by one. This is very cumbersome. Is there a better way?

I have a list of products(about 208 items) but not of them can be added to sales order, the problem is that i did product import one time all together, when i;m trying to find product through the 'add new line' in sales order module i can't find it, only option is to create new product, but in product module this particular record exists. Finding customers in a market area
From Zoho, I'd like to be able to look at a map to find customers that are within a proximity of one another. example...pretend target stores are a customer and I need to see the store locations on a map for the Dallas/Ft Worth market. Quote template edition should be made possible to non-developers
Everything is in the title. Quote template edition is a terrible experience on Zoho CRM. While editing the header is moderately easy, editing the rest (what really matters) is almost impossible if you don't master html. Adding new colums or lines, displaying discounts differently than the initial model is impossible. It does not make sense, Zoho CRM is a tool for sales and marketing people, not for developers. Tracking Time Spent on Each Contact?
Hello, we are a smalll law firm using the free version of Zoho CRM for our clients. The call feature is quite useful, but I was wondering if there is any way in Zoho CRM (or perhaps elsewhere in Zoho) where we can track the time spent on each client (contact), other than listing every activity as a call. For example, must writing a letter, research, or going to court be listed as a call for us to enter our time spent on each client in Zoho? Ideas, please!
