I'm trying to import cases from another crm and it all works correctly except I don't see a mapping option for the case solution field. What am I missing here?

Report Criteria Query
Hi, I created a report to identify any accounts that have no notes on thus i will need to contact these companies, I selected the following modules: account potential The report only has the following criteria: note content is empty AND billing post code starts with G AND current/past customer isn't current I only have the following fields selected showing on the report. account name, note content, note modified by The report still contains notes
Footer for Inventory templates
Are there any plans for adding the ability to put a header or a footer into the inventory templates? Or to create margins so that we can add our own header after it is converted to a pdf. The problem we are having is some of our inventory templates have multiple lines of product so that the content will go to the very edge of the page. I have tried to fix this issue using html but have had no luck so far. If anyone knows of a work around or code that will work please let me know.
Import contact with relation to campaign?
Hi! We are trying to migrate to Zoho CRM and we are working with the contacts import. The import works fine, but I would like to include a relation the diffrent campaigns that the contacts has been involved in. I noticed there is a way to a mass updated on each campaign but we have a couple of hundred campaigns so that wont work to do it manuelly foreach campaign. I wonder if there is a way to add a field that creates a relation to the campaign during the contact import? I can't find a way to add
Multiple 'Notes' sections in one module?
Is it possible to add 'Notes' sections in say, the Accounts module? Also, is there any way to set permissions on sections like we can on fields?
Client report - future events
I need to create a report that will display a certain category of clients, and I need to show the next upcoming event date for each client, or indicate that there is no event booked. I cannot find a way to do this.
Editing User Profile
Hello, I have two types of user profile - Admin and Standard. I want senior staff to see all leads and update the CRM. I have added them as Standard and want to change it to Admin. Can I edit the profile or will I have to deactivate the user and redo it. Thank you adeko.co

How do I add a new user that was once added. I added the user, but she could not get in when clicking the link. I removed the user name and waited overnight to read back. Now, however, i get this error. This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user.

Create a contact without opening a new account
Hi I have a large number of contact details I would like to add into 'Contacts' BUT I do not want to open a new account for them as they are just social contacts not Potentials or Leads. Is this possible? I know you can add them in without entering the Account Name but then when you look down your list you have no company names which I would need to see. Any help please? Thanks Julia
Price Book and Quotes
Hi, I have created a Price book in CRM for some Products. I am now trying to create a Quote and the form doesn't seem to search on the Product name that has been entered in the price book. Therefore I am left with having to manually enter the price for a product in the Quote form, which negates the reason for creating the Price book. I am evaluating this functionality as it would be good to integrate our CRM system with the quoting system, but from functionality so far and looking at other responses
zohocrm.com e-mail flagged as spam internally - IP Address Range?
Our e-mail service is treating workflow alert emails from zohocrm as spam, and my IT person is requesting a range of ip addresses to allow them through. Have others dealt with this problem? Is IP address the way to bypass the Spam Confidence Level setting? (zohocrm.com mail is being set to 9) How do I get the IP address range from zoho? I'd probably want any that would apply to zoho reports as well. Some users actually do seem to be getting the e-mails, but most are not.
Linking to a Case in the CRM email template
I need to send and email when a case status changes in zoho crm to internal users. I am able to do this. However, the users want the case number to hyperlink to the case so they can click on it from the email and open it. How do I accomplish this? Thanks, Shannon

I have only been using Zoho CRM for 2 weeks, but it seems like the environment is evolving significantly. I am working with someone else who has an account at this company, and they can't believe how much it has changed since six months ago. Would love to have a way to message someone within / about a particular task, contact/lead, or opportunity. For example, I am looking at a task assigned to my assistant to set up a meeting. I see that there hasn't been an update to the status for a few days. I want to ask her to update the status. I'd like to have an embedded messaging tool "#SandySmith, let me know where we are on this" (vs. using IM). I know this is adding "collaboration" technology into the CRM. Just a thought.

Hello, We were wondering whether it was possible to forecast when a customer reorders. Based on their last orders, one should be able to forecast when the customer's next reorder should/could be. It would be great if Zoho could be connected to a spreadsheet which displays the months and the customer names that are likely to reorder. There needs to be the ability to print out a users today calendar. There is no way to do this in Zoho CRM.
Territory / Group query
I am going to be adding two new users to Zoho, but I only want them to be able to have access to contacts and companies who are tagged to their territory (Circle). I do not want them to be able to see everything else we have on Zoho. So if users from the UK territory assign Circle as a territory, will these two Circle users automatically be able to see this? Not sure if I need to create a group or if this is something to do with territory management? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
Query regarding Campaign Leads Conversion
Hi, I have created a campaign and assigned some leads to this campaign. When I convert the leads into contact and potential, the campaign page shows contacts in its page but the potentials are not associated with the campaign, What could be the reason for this? Regards
Vendors vs. Accounts
Can someone help me understand Vendors vs. Accounts? It seems that to add a Contact person for a Vendor (i.e. the point of contact at Vendor that my company actually deals with) I have to also create an Account for that Vendor. This doesn't make sense to me. Why would I want my Vendors to also be Accounts? I thought Accounts were companies that I was selling to. I wouldn't want my Vendors to also be Accounts as this will muddy up my database needlessly, but I want Contacts to be associated with my
Notifications not showing
One user is not seeing any notifications ( Top right - little bell) what so ever. At the same time, neither is his feeds. Users with same profile & roles do not have this issue. Any ideas?
