Generate a report that pulls data from Leads and Customers
I need to generate a sales closure report. To do that i need to report all sales closed by sales person (customer) by leads by sales person (leads). I don't see a way to generate a calculayed report from two modules.

Expected Revenue Question
Is it possible to keep the expected revenue static and not change throughout the sales cycle? I cannot seem to grasp the mindset behind the revenue changing based on probability. A $50,000 revenue deal is not worth $5000 today at the inquiry stage, and $25,000 half way thru the sales process. It is worth zero until it is Closed Won, at which time it is worth $50,000. Am I missing something? I can understand the tracking of probability of the deal thru the sales process, but not affecting revenue.

Custom Opportunity Types
I would like to have a custom opportunity type that then drives different fields presented in the Opportunity Form. Any ideas? Example: 1) Create New Potential 2) Potential Type A - Form for collection is unique to Type A 3) Potential Type B - Form for collection is unique to Type B We have different stages and other data relevant to Opportunity types. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Log a call issue
I have two issue with the log a call feature. 1:My Super Admin created the CRM in french. Now, most of our user speak english so I translated most of the pick list and option. In "Log a call" it is impossible for me to do anything with the call type. Right now the pick list says "Entrant" and "Sortant". I can't removed or translate it and it is annoying. Is it possible to change this? 2:Is there a way to user email reminder with the log a call function. Its there for the task but not for the call
How to link a territory to a user?
We have a new user who is based in Singapore, is there a way for when he adds a new contact for these to be automatically assigned to the Singapore territory? Currently everything is defaulted to be assigned to the UK territory as most of our other users are based in the UK. We don’t want to restrict him from seeing the UK contacts though, but we just need to be able to differentiate between his contacts and the rest of the UK's. Please help.

How can we fill the field automatically based on Look up field value?
If we want to pull data based on custom look up field value to fill another field on same module automatically, how can we do that? As for example, in Cases module if we fill contact name, it will auto fill the associated account name , I just want to do same thing for custom look up field instead of contact look up that have Account name associated. Forecasting Module in Zoho CRM
When I click on the "Setup" link in the upper right hand corner of my Zoho CRM instance I am able to see all of the CRM Modules that I can administer as an Administrator. However, the Forecasting Module does not show up as a module at all even though it is a Tab on my menu. Why is that? Am I not able to administer, edit and customize the Forecasting module? Rule Trigger - Date Field Value
How can I set a trigger for one hour before an event? I see I can do a day ahead, or pick a specific time, but not one related to a date-time field in my module. I want to send an email one hour before an event I have setup in a custom module.
Creating a Report with the Total in the Currency of the Account rather than the Organization
Looking to create a report of Invoices (or Quotes or Sales Orders) with the Accounts Currency rather than the Organizations Currency. Need to see what is owed in the client currency, not the organization currency.
Email Addresses Public on Events
With the sensitivity around mails. I find it puzzling that its so hard to restrict some users from viewing emails on the crm. I have quite a few contractors who work for the company who does not have access to contact page information. However, when i assign an event to them, they can always see the customers email address. I call tech support who suggest de-linking the related in the Fields & Link Permissions section. This worked, that is until I fould out that as soon as the user edits the event
CRM Currency field does not merge to Zoho Doc template
Have a Currency field in CRM . Created a Zoho Writer template with this field included. Do a merge, but the Currency field is not shown/merged. All other data is. Any Ideas?

Task Priority Error
There is an error when organizing tasks by priority in the CRM. I am currently using it in Spanish and I´m not sure if this error is exclusively for the language or if it is a global issue. Instead of placing events and tasks in the appropiate Highest > High > Normal > Low >Lowest order, the priority gets mixed for Highest and High categories, resulting in: High > Highest > Normal > Low > Lowest when we try to order them both by ascending and descending.

Zoho Mail Add On - Reporting
We rate our sales team on their activities. After configuring the POP3 for Gmail we can no longer run a report for emails that have been added to Zoho CRM. Our sales team has to still use the Out Look Plugin in order for us to report by Email? I would assume you could still report. Now our emails are being duplicated because they have to manually add them and they are synced. How can I get a report now for all emails that have been synced in our Zoho CRM? Possible to import Related To field for a Task?

Uploaded Leads Created Accounts
I imported about 100 leads from Excel into Zoho CRM over a month ago. I just now noticed that there are accounts created for the company name associated with each lead. I thought contacts, not leads, were associated with each account. What caused this to happen? Do I have to go through and manually delete all the accounts now? Any help is appreciated.

Hi there. We are currently investigating switching from our existing CRM to Zoho. One thing we'd like to do is connect Account to Purchase Orders from our vendor. I went ahead and added a look up custom field to Account entity into Purchase Order, and it shows up fine in the Purchase Order edit screen. However, when I load the associated Account, a section is automatically added listing Purchase Orders. But instead of the section title being "Purchase Orders", it's {0} Name. Did we do anything

Fix data imported in the past
I recently started with a company that uses ZOHO CRM. While reviewing the enormous amount of data (leads) in their system, I noticed that there were a LOT of errors in the importing such as a lot of the data was imported into the wrong fields and so its impossible to reduce duplications, etc.. Two department leads management
Hello, My company has two sales departments handling different product line. One department is currently using lead function to record all the leads. I am trying to add a new tab and customize it for the second department. The difficulty is I cannot convert the information in the new tab to "account". Standart Field unable to be imported
I want to see standart fields in the layout menu and edit them. But they seem not to be editable or viewable at all. I searched quite a lot into information. For example I put Skype ID, and it is not showing anywhere in the Leads list, so basically i cant edit it and put the infromation there. How to fix that?
