Videos Uploaded To Documents
I wanted to use the documents folder to shave videos as opposed to google drive, however i was very disappointed. The videos cannot be viewed unless downloaded. It would be nice to be able to click the link and view the video kind of like Youtube, instead of downloading it. We have private videos that we use just in house for employees and would like to host them on Zoho but the platform leaves alot to be desired. Is this going to be upgraded anytime soon or is there a work-around?
Need ability to move pick list items up and down (CRM- LEADS)
Currently a custom Pick List shows values in the order entered or alphabetically. Isn't it possible to create the ability to move these values up and down like other areas of ZOHO CRM? I selected a value in a custom pick list during a mass update. I wanted to change that field to "empty." Customer help told me the only option was to delete that value from the list. But if I want to add the value back into the pick list then I can't get that value in the right order again.
Zoho CRM Reports- Printing to pdf
I have done some looking around the different forums and the issue of exporting a report to pdf has been discussed multiple times. When you export a report to pdf the report looks terrible! The columns are not centered, some are wider than they need to be, and the margins run off the end. The answer that I have received from support is to export it to Excel, make the changes and then save as a pdf. That defeats the whole purpose of printing it to a pdf!! I'm hoping that I have overlooked something

Lead imported shows information in the wrong fields on my Leads secto
I imported a lead file so I can start my campaign. I carefully mapped the zoho fields to the ones on my file but when the leads were imported, the information was all jacked up. The lead name, phone number, emails, were all out of the correct fields, rendering my import unusable. I deleted all imported contacts and tried again, but got the same mistake. Signature not showing up when sending mail through Potentials
Hi there, If I click on Leads, Contacts, or Potentials and I scroll to near the bottom of the screen, I see all my associated email. When I click on the "Send Mail" link, a screen pops up and allows my to reply to that person's email. The problem is, my signature is not showing up.

editing account names
Can you please explain why if you attempt to change an account name using the large edit button then the the original accountname is amended. however if you attempt to edit the account name with the little edit button next to the account name in potential or contact etc. This appears to create a brand new account in this name taking the potential or contact with it. It also leaves the original account name in zoho.
"Add product - view"
Hi In the potential Tab i want to add product to potential. When i click "Add product" i can pick product to add, but i only view "Product name, product code, Unit price" i want see more columns. How i can do this?

How to enable Multi currency
I would like to activate the Multi-Currency option. I have the administration profile but when I go to Setup -> Organization Settings I have no currency page or other section to enable Multi-currency. Cannot open CRM Documents when CRM is loaded as a frame inside Zoho Mail
Zoho Mail seems to be the only way of making all the Zoho apps accessible seamlessly in one place. However CRM is misbehaving if accessed via Zoho Mail. If you try the Documents tab, nothing happens if using Google Chrome. In IE you get the message This content cannot be displayed in a frame. Is the Zoho Mail a 'second class' way of using Zoho Apps, should you really use a new tab for each app? Do Zoho plan on making app switching more intuitive?

When a Participant is invited to an Event they receive an email in which they can select: Yes Maybe No How does the Zoho User (Invitee) know the Participant's choice (yes,maybe,no)? How do I customize fields when setting up a campaign from my leads-add fields that don't automatically come up from my leads to the new campaign? Is there any way to see more than 10 leads at once after setting up a campaign?
Contact Page Submodules
On the Contact page, we don't use "Invited Events", "Projects" or "Quotes" submodules. Is there a way that I can view the Contact inforamtion, activities, and emails and move the rest to the bottom or hide them? This option isn't in the Admin Tools>Modules>Page Layout

Changing Custom Field from TEXT to TEXTAREA
Hi all! Does anyone have a quick solution to change a custom field from TEXT to TEXTAREA? We have very complex quote templates currently using custom fields set as TEXT and we need to expand the size to TEXTAREA. The only way I'm seeing how to do it is to delete all of the quote templates, change the fields, then reload the templates. Is there a better way to simply change the field type? Thanks!
