I have set up an auto response email for new inquiries created but the emails are not being sent. I set up an Auto Response Rule for all new inquiries. Is there another step to activate the emails?

Cannot deactivate a 'Closed' user account
Hello, We have 17 user licences for CRM. In our list of active users, there is one account classed as 'closed'. It appears this user is taking up one of our licenses and we wish to delete or deactivate but there are no options to do so. How can we fix this? Thanks

Tasks and events links not working
Hi, I have a strange behaviour happening When I am within the account or within the contact page and I click on the event/task object I get an error message and I can't access the task/event details Instead if I go under the activity tab I can access all I've checked that when I click from contact/account page the link is https://crm.zoho.com/crm/EntityInfo.do?id=765193000000392063&module=Cases while from the activity tab the link is https://crm.zoho.com/crm/EntityInfo.do?module=Events&id=765193000000392063
Selecting multiple contacts in different pages
My contact view in Zoho CRM shows 50 contacts on each page. If I select some contacts on the current page and then go to another page and select more contacts, the selected contacts in the previous page become deselected. Why is that and how can I fix this. I'd like to select one or more contacts on one page and continue doing the same in other pages before I apply an action to all the selected contacts.
Task Reminder
After the recent Day light savings, all my reminders are messed up. If I schedule it for 11AM, I get reminder at noon. I tried changing the time zone quite a bit but nothing I do seem to work. I am always getting reminder one hour later. I missed few appointments recently. This is very annoying. Anyone else found the issue? Will Zoho team help with this or is this forum just to share notes?

Why can't I see the invoice number?
I'm trying to set up invoices and edit the first invoice number. The instructions say to 1) click on the invoice tab (OK) 2) click on new invoice (OK) 3) click on the settings box next to the Invoice Number (NOT OK!) The invoice number is not there. I've checked in the layouts window in Setup and it is there, but it is not present on the new invoice screen. What do I need to do? Pete
IMPORTING LEADS THAT DO NOT HAVE MANDATORY "COMPANY NAME" FIELD?
I just purchased a list of leads. Many do not have a "company name" and therefore don't get imported. Is there a way to override this mandatory import field? Thanks!
Updating Contact Records with New Information Imported
We have some targeting lists and some custom fields (mostly check boxes). We want to check for an existing email address and update if it already exists just changing the check boxes and other custom fields or add the new record if the email address does not exist. possible?
Emails section in the sales orders in zoho crm
We are using zoho crm for a few weeks now and really like it so far. We are now working on implementing the sales orders tab in our day to day working. When inside a sales order, there is a email section at the bottom fo the sales order. We are not seeing any emails associated with the sales order. A field in my case report is not populating.
Hi, I have a case report that I've created. In the column selection, I select a specific field to be included in my report (field name is Tracker Chgs for Coupon Info, add website, T&Cs:) , however when I go to save the report and run it, the data isn't populating like it should. The columns are empty on the report. When I go back into the report customization, I find this field has fallen out. I do not have this issue with the other column selections. Please help. When I export a report into excel - any date columns do not allow filtering as presumably the date is stored as text? Is there any way around this?

Hello, As I tried to add a logo <img> using a data URI (http://www.websemantics.co.uk/online_tools/image_to_data_uri_convertor/) I came accross a bug and what looks like censorship of ZohoCRM: 1) Edit template in HTML mode 2) Insert logo with <img width="..." height="..." title="..." alt="..." src="data:image/png;base64,iVB..... 3) Back to WYSIWYG editor, looks fine 4) Save the modifications made on the template 5) image did disappear... 6) Back to Editor, HTML => the src attribute of the <img> tag
move file to another main folder in Documents module

I can move it to subfolder or even create new folder INSIDE to move it, but can I move it to another folder, not subfolder, except the way when I have to down- and up-load it and lose the whole history? The title mapping from lead into contacts of an account
When we complete the name of a lead, there is a box for the title of the person, Mr Mrs etc. However when this is complete it doesnt map across to the title of the contact in the account, is there a reason for this?
Editing a stage in potential
It appears that when i am in a potential and i need to amend the stage i have to use the large edit button at the top of the screen as opposed to the small edit button to the right of the field to amend the stage. Is this correct, shouldnt both places allow the editing to take place? Maybe i am doing soemthin incorrect?

I am trying to create a task and assign it to multiple accounts, such as, "Introduce to new products". I need to perform this task with several accounts. I cannot find a way to enter the task once and assign it to different accounts.

Set up a client group using custom fields
I would like to set up a group of clients with specific custom field information for a mail campaign. I see how I can search the information, but I don't see anywhere that I can select those clients for a "New View". Also, new view does not give me the ability to select my custom field. How do you do this?

ZOHO CRM - LEADS SEARCH NOT WORKING
Hi, We have been experiencing some issues in the last few hours, where in newly created leads can't be found using the search feature. If I create a lead "John Smith" and search for it in the system, I am unable to retrieve the file through the search utility. However, the file has been saved and I can retrieve the file by going through the leads view page and manually going through the leads list. With over 100 leads a day, this workaround isn't really convenient. Can anyone from the Tech Support
Field styling?
Is it possible to edit the field styles of a form? I know of paid plugins for wordpress form plugins, such as ninja forms. They have those larger fields, etc. Is there a way in zoho to edit the fields to look larger, perhaps by adding in some padding, foe example? Thanks! jz

In the CRM I use the "Contact Roles" section to show link contacts to a "deal" I would like the ability to send emails and easily cc the contacts linked to a deal. Is there a way to easily email related contacts without having to search for each one individually? Thank you, aaron

Getting Account Names in the Potential Module
I'm trying to create a custom view in the Opportunity module, and I can't get it to show Account name as one of the available columns. Do I have this set up wrong somehow? This seems like it should be so obvious. Do I need to separately create a custom field in the Opportunities module and map the account name to it with a macro or something?
