XML parsing error when country has & symbol
Hello, I have an issue that occurs when I try using Rest API to add new record to CRM. If record has country field and if it is populated with value that contains sign "&" (Trinidad & Tobago, Bosnia & Herzegovina) it gives XML parsing error, otherwise it works normally. Is this Zoho issue or XML issue and does someone have similar problem?

I notice that when I edit a record as a registered user, users who follow the record can see the notice in the feeds section indicating that has been modified, but when I modify the record through the API this notice does not appear. There is any way that notifications appear when I update a record through the API?

I'm submitting a Wufoo form via the API and I am getting this in the zohoResponse.log file. The mandatory field is the 'RMA - Customer Name' which is hardcoded into the PHP file and it appears to be passed. API insert data from company partner
Hello I need to give a permission to our company parter which will provide us with new leads. I planned just to create user for them and than with specific permisisions so they can generate token for them and by using zoho api insert data related to leads. But I need to be sure that they can only insert data through api but not fetch data, so they provide their leads but can't touch our's leads. How can I do that in zoho crm?

Hello, I'm trying to get Lead's attachments of type "Link" through API but it returns only attachments that were uploaded as files to Zoho. Attachments added as "Link (URL)" type are not there. Hi, Was wondering if anyone knew the timezones requirement for the lastModifiedTime field for the getRecord API call. I'm attempting to grab all records created/modified the past hour by passing in a time in now - 1 hour in UTC but the results aren't as expected. Is there a specified timezone that Zoho works in? Or is this account specific?

Hi Zoho Team, Currently I am using "Free Edition" of Zoho CRM to consume the API's. While going through documentation for "updateRelatedRecords" API, I am facing an issue. I see that there is a delink method to disassociate related records in Zoho CRM using Zoho CRM API but I don't see any method to find the list of all the modules that can be related to a particular module. Getfields method only gets field on first layout of new UI
Using https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json/Potentials/getFields?authtoken={{authtoken}}&scope={{scope}} should get me the available fields of a potential. I currently have the new UI enabled, giving me multiple layouts for a potential record. Some fields are availabe on both layouts, some only on one.
