Mail not Delivered to few Recipient Address
Few of my recipient are not able to receive my mail(2 out of 10mails are not delivered to them). Not able to find their names in audit log(in spite of adding them in CC)
Outgoing (and maybe incoming) email delays
Zoho - Are your servers experiencing delays currently on processing email? I am noticing that my sent mail are taking 5-20 mins to propagate on my dashboard. I am also noticing a delay in email receipts (although not as drastic as my outgoing delays). Please advise. And for what it is worth, I personally think Zoho experiences way too many intermittent issues with email delivery and server issues. In the end, the issues typically correct themselves and no data is lost, but this should not happen

I can't change my Superadmin detail.
Hi! Is there any way to change the @ of superadmin? I tried to cancel it and set a new one but seems it's impossible. Just after I verified my domain I've added user info@ and it became an address of superadmin. The problem is that I need admin@. How to change it?

Accessing Zoho Mail SMTP from Digital Ocean
Hi, I am trying to setup a web based email client on Digital Ocean to allow me to access my email in my preferred manner. I noticed that I am unable to send email over SMTP/SSL (port 465) from my Digital Ocean hosted web mail client to my Zoho Mail account. I have already lifted the iptables on the hosted instance but am unable to use SMTP/SSL to use the hosted web mail to access Zoho Mail. I tested the web mail on a test environment outside of Digital Ocean and it is able to access the Zoho Mail

Cannot add Zoho Mail as default webservices in Firefox Quantum
How can you add Zoho Mail as the default mail client in Firefox. There used to be an option in the settings where you could choose 'Zmail' as your default client but that has been removed. The firefox support page suggests adding an addon to allow to you add other webservices but the addons arn't there or are out of date. It's sooo frustrating. Can't seem to receive new emails
Hi Guys, for some reason, I can't seem to get new emails on my inbox. I get a lot of emails daily and about 3hrs ago I haven't got anything. I even send a test from my gmail account to my zoho email and nothing! This is so weird, I checked and I've only used 44% of my space, so I know I'm not blocked. I can send emails from my zoho account without problem, but it seems that I can't get any incoming messages there. Any ideas?

Mailgun emails are rejected by Zoho
It used to work in the past, but only now I found out that emails are not coming through any more. According to the logs from Mailgun, the messages are rejected by mx.zoho.com with error code 541 and message "5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain". I have checked my Zoho spam settings and even tried white listing the sender domain without success. Please help!

Do You have a permanent solution to this? It's very annoying when it happens regularly, and we have to unblock it every now and again. Is there some setting to permanent unblock this? it is used for activation purpose and not bulk mail.

Hi, I'm testing my mail support@tikitakastore.com and It seems to send/receive e-mails from some accounts but not others. For example, whenever I try to recover a password from my account in some other website and I put support@tikitakastore.com it order to send the verification e-mail, I never get it. 3rd Party Mail Client with Tag/Catagory Support
Having come from Outlook with my last employer, I put together a pretty good system of organizing my emails using the categories. I figured that Zoho tags would pretty much fit the bill for this, except it seems that there is no way to sync them with any mail clients that I can find. Can anyone point me in the right direction of a mail client that supports bi directional sync of Zoho mail tags?
