Like probably many, I was forced into new interface on May 18. I use nested folders to organize my emails. In the old interface I'd do a search. Then put the cursor over the folder name - see below. And the full breadcrumbs path would popup. That feature disappeared in the new interface. It only shows the end folder, but no the full breadcrumbs path. What was before a simple task, became a long and frustrating procedure. I have to go to other places, like invoicing, to locate the customer, and thenHow many emails can i send per day with zoho?

I'm starting a new business, and am working on setting up email. The problem I'm facing is that in order to even begin, Zoho Mail is requiring that I verify the account by receiving a code to my cell phone it appears. Unfortunately, when I put in my cell phone, it says that is already in use. This is a big problem, as I'd like to use the service to assist many other clients and set up their emails initially. When I go to the URL www.zoho.com/mail, I can scroll down a little and see an image/screenshot of a computer screen. This image shows tabs on the left-hand side that say "mail, calendar, tasks, notes, contacts, bookmarks." I have attached an image of what I see on my computer screen. When I actually go into Zoho Mail, not only am I having issues connecting my email, but this looks nothing like the image on the actual website (listed earlier). Not sure if this is is an issue on my end or not but... whenever I send an email (using account design@henryh.net), the sender name defaults as "design", and not the name I specified under zoho accounts (which is Henry). Hello, I need to send S/MIME encrypted emails, but the recipient cannot open them. Working with certificate vendor Entrust Datacard they are saying the following: "After further investigation of the email header, we came to the conclusion that your email security appliance “Cisco Ironport” alters the email content in such a way that your certificate signature (that contains the hash of the message) becomes invalid. Hi, I did set up a user on zoho mail. However recently while adding a new email address to the domain I have noticed that the email goes to invitation list. This happened when I added a user without the second name. However the user does not exist and I need to have the user created ASAP. You have made the print so small that it is EXTREMELY difficult to read on a 1080p monitor (one 16 inch notebook; two 27 inch and one 22 inch monitors; 35 inch, 46 inch and 65 inch televisions). I shouldn't need a magnifying glass to read my email on a small-medium-or large monitor. I can hardly read them on ANY monitor and changing the "Font Type" is USELESS. The Letters Need To Be Made LARGER, or better, make them easily adjustible like other providers do. The "New Interface" is an Ugly, UnusableTags or Folders
Just wondering how people like to organise their emails! I've always just put everything in the archive folder and then hope that the Search function can find it for me but I assume that tags and folders must be useful otherwise Zoho wouldn't offer them. I'm using thunderbird on Kubuntu 17.04, and it's running very well for mail. I just installed the lightning extension (package xul-ext-lightning) and restarted thunderbird. When I went to add the Zoho calendar, it prompted me for a password, I generated a new application password, which it did not accept. I tried my regular Zoho password anyway (which, as expected, it did not accept because I have two factor authentication turned on). What password should I use?
