Like probably many, I was forced into new interface on May 18. I use nested folders to organize my emails. In the old interface I'd do a search. Then put the cursor over the folder name - see below. And the full breadcrumbs path would popup. That feature disappeared in the new interface. It only shows the end folder, but no the full breadcrumbs path. Mail is requiring cell phone verification, but I have multiple accounts
I'm starting a new business, and am working on setting up email. The problem I'm facing is that in order to even begin, Zoho Mail is requiring that I verify the account by receiving a code to my cell phone it appears. Unfortunately, when I put in my cell phone, it says that is already in use. This is a big problem, as I'd like to use the service to assist many other clients and set up their emails initially. Please let me know a work around to this, as I don't see any way to fix this. Thanks.
Zoho Mail is not as advertised
When I go to the URL www.zoho.com/mail, I can scroll down a little and see an image/screenshot of a computer screen. This image shows tabs on the left-hand side that say "mail, calendar, tasks, notes, contacts, bookmarks." I have attached an image of what I see on my computer screen. Hello, I need to send S/MIME encrypted emails, but the recipient cannot open them. Working with certificate vendor Entrust Datacard they are saying the following: "After further investigation of the email header, we came to the conclusion that your email security appliance “Cisco Ironport” alters the email content in such a way that your certificate signature (that contains the hash of the message) becomes invalid. Hi, I did set up a user on zoho mail. However recently while adding a new email address to the domain I have noticed that the email goes to invitation list. This happened when I added a user without the second name. However the user does not exist and I need to have the user created ASAP. When I am trying to verify the domain it is always showing I confirmed with big rock they told me things are good from their end, as I have already entered CNAME info Below link whatsmydns.net shows it is done from Bigrock but issue is from Zoho.
