Too much spam all of a sudden
Suddenly lots of spam emails are getting through to my Inbox. Even mails that have been correctly classified as spam before are now going through. Has something changed? How can I fix this? I have my SPF set to permanently reject, DKIM to temporary reject, and my DNSBL to permanently reject. what else can be done?

Not able to add domain
Unexplained error. I was told by support they will add domain in the backend so this will go away. Its been 2 days. Is this how customer service will be, after sign up?
Empty mailbox
Frequently we'll go to Zoho mail via browser only to find that it's completely empty. The cure for this is to delete Zoho cookies and it will reappear. This happens on different computers and different browsers. This shouldn't be happening and is a compete pain. I can only assume there is an error in the setting of the cookies?

Not receiving email even after updating MX records
I have deleted the old MX records and created MX records pointing to Zoho. But when I log in I am told I can't send or receive mails because my MX records are not pointing to zoho. Problems with Zoho mail
I have a blog with wordpress.com and I purchased a domain with netregistry.com.au. I recently mapped the domain. I successfully registered with Zoho email to get my custom domain email address. When signed into wordpress, I visited store>mydomains>edit domain>edit DNS. As per Zoho email setup advice, I added 2 MX records: 1. mx.zohomail.com at priority 10 & 2. mx2.zohomail.com at priority 20. I seem to be able to receive emails but unable to send them. I don't get any email errors or bounce back
