SMTP errors when trying to send e-mail from a script
I want to configure automated scripts on my Linux machine to e-mail me status updates when they finish and am using mailx (although I can use pretty much any mail program that Zoho would prefer that I use). I use two factor authentication for my account, and have set up an application specific password for this use. URGENT : Problem to receive email
Zoho Team, Since June 26th, i'm no longer able to receive email. Tested to send email and it works successfully. However, when i send email back to myself, i received bounce email notification as attached. My email address is adminshrf@shrf.com.my. Appreciate your help and many thanks.

This looks like a very common problem noticed in your Forum. I am facing the same now. My domain, theteashop.co.in. Now I am a little concerned. Is this whole mail thing buggy cause I would be using this for business mails and seeing the number of issues, and failing at the first step, I am concerned. I registered my zohomail acccount about 3 weeks now or more, the outgoing messaged got blocked yesterday evening, i have tried this morning, still my outgoing messages are blocked, i can receive but can't send out message. Cannot add alias or log in with phone number ( for confirmation ).
We cannot add alias or log in using phone number. We need to do these things to be able to change the shovel@ address to webmaster@ address. We have read through various 'unable to add alias' forum posts and it seems that resolution sometimes depends on action your tech support take. If so, we would ask that our account be enable to perform these actions. Or, can you explain why we get these error messages and how to avoid ?

Outgoing messages are not going
Good day. One of our mailboxes ( angela @ mint . ae ) reached size limit of 5 Gb and stopped sending emails. We performed mailbox cleanup, (currently only 53% space used) but outgoing emails are still not working. May I ask support to check whether this mailbox was blocked and unblock it if it was blocked. In case it was not blocked please advice best course of action.
