My mx records are pointing right at this zoho
I been on with namecheap for hours in portal everything is set perfectly. theres something wrong on this side of things please help me. email mx records says aren't showing but are pointing and having email sending issues. please resolve

Hello, My email: andrei.maxim@maxim-ivan.ro was blocked due to exceeding the 5GB storage limit. I have deleted a lot of the emails,so now the the limit is not exceeded. I have sent 9 messages to zoho, but i have not received any reply,which is very, very frustrating. PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
Cannot unblock user account
Hello! One of our account has been blocked recently, because it exceded 5GB of storage to exactly 102%. Now, when some emails have been deleted it states that mailbox space usage is 97% but I still cannot unblock this account via Troubleshooting menu in Control Panel. I get the "this function is for paid users only" message. My plan was to get the mailbox working on Outlook (now it's not) by removing some emails. And then, remove some more old emails via Outlook to free some more space. Unfortunately

Hello everyone, I do not know what's happening. I have a zohomail account linked to my wgbn.com.br domain in which I use it for personal use. I've been receiving mesnasgens from "Mail Delivery System" reporting an error in the delivery of some emails. Emails the ones I did not send. The content of these emails are phishing material and links to sites with malicious content. How can this be happening? How to protect my SMTP account from sending unauthorized out? Random emails not syncing w/ Outlook 2016 via Active Sync
I am using Exchange Active Sync w/ Outlook 2016 (Office 365) on a Win 7 Pro computer w/ my own domain name. For the most part it works very well, but over the last week I've had random emails that do not show up in Outlook. They will appear on my phone (that's how I discover they've been sent) and in my inbox on mail.zoho.com, but they simply aren't there on Outlook. Any ideas whey this is doing this and what I can do to fix it?
Is it not possible to use domains with the .eu.org extension? Please let me know thanks for the answers

SMTP Server connection not working with Outlook 2013
Hi, I configured my Outlook for using my zoho mail in my Outlook programm. I did everything correct. I used Pop3 - pop.zoho.eu and smtp - smtp.zoho.eu .... and change the port for pop3 to 995 and smtp to 465 https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-access.html Everything like in this forum post. After that the Outlokk programm is checking the connection. Pop3 worked fine but I always get a issue with the smtp server: Outlook isn´t able to connect to the smtp server. Please contact your internet provider.

Search email on MacPro not working
When I enter a search box with an email address I want to see from two months ago it does not work. I added spf record for my domail klimazon.com and https://mxtoolbox.com/ returns correct record v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all BUT: at control panel https://mail.zoho.eu/cpanel/index.do#domains still а yellow mark AND letters are sent WITHOUT digital sirnature. Compose e-mail locks up
Hi guys, Here's something new. When I try to reply an e-mail, sometimes (very frequently, actually) the compose window locks up, I can't type anything, the bottom part is completely unresponsive and the original e-mail's content is missing. I have to reload the page to be able to reply to an e-mail. I'm experiencing it for a few days now. This is very unconvenient, if you ask me... macOS/Sierra and Safari Would somebody take a look at it, please? Thanks in advance, Imre
