Hello, i'm trying to login to zoho mail but it sends a error message saying my "account is not active". What should i do to fix this out? Regards

Hi. Some days ago I noticed that I stopped receiving emails in my zoho hosted mail. I tried to send an email from gmail and yahoo and I'm getting the error 550 for my email contato@joaopaulo.eti.br, no such user here. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Signed up and can't sign back in
I just signed up for a free personal (NOT business) account. I couldn't figure out how to get a Zoho icon into my taskbar, so now I'm trying to sign back in. I searched "Zoho sign in," and I was taken to a page that wants all this information about my business. I didn't sign up for a business account, so now I cannot access my new email at all. So if anyone replies to this to help me, how the heck am I going to even know? I can't get back to my account!

Hi I use Outlook 2016 to access my Zoho account and for 10 days I have been getting this message... Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Cancell my suscription
Hi, I recently go for the standard plan in order to have multiple users for my domain. I started with free plan but when i have to add another domain i have an error so i upgraded to standard plan for add another domain. BUT when i wanted to add another user the system said that i must order another licence for another user. SO, i decided to cancel my suscription and return to the free plan but i want to be refounded :(. Please help me, thank you very much.
Can send email from godaddy
Hi, I have configure my business mail account no-reply@weeserv.com with zoho... I can send/receive mails outside of godaddy, when try to send via code inside the godaddy cannot received any emails.. I have changes mx record also and its pointing to zoho.com also in my control panel I am getting green icons for incoming and out going mail Please help

Emails not sending
Hi, I wrote a lengthy email this afternoon and hit 'Send'. The 'message sent' confirmation note popped-up like normal but then the email disappeared completely. I can't find it in my 'Sent' box or via the 'search' function. I also sent a couple test emails after this to myself to check the problem, but the same thing happened again. batch move of emails

Problem receiving email to Zoho/GoDaddy domain email address
Hi, I am having problems receiving email on my Zoho mail account. I can send email but not receive it. All MX setting seem to be correct but I get the following error message when I attempt to send a test email to my Zoho address: "Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain jamesmckernandesign.com by smtp.secureserver.net. [68.178.213.203]. The error that the other server returned was: 550 5.1.1 <james@jamesmckernandesign.com> Recipient not found.

I've been testing my new business email and I came to find out that my name is displayed in the subject of the email. I want to change this to my company's name. I tried to fix the problem by changing my name in my profile settings but even after doing so, nothing has changed. How do I fix this?

Problem using my domain to create my email account
Hello, On the way to create my account using the domain www.ethne.com.br I have a phone number that I usually use, but I didn't have the phone to my reach to pick the confirmation code. Email outgoing blocked
Hi, a domain we setup recently for emails.. one of the emails got blocked yesterday (sales@whitemist.co), which I unblocked through the unblockme page, but it seems to be blocked again. I can confirm, we are not using Zoho to send out bulk emails .. but instead it's an e-comm store and sends out around 10 - 20 emails per day to customers as order confirmations. Or customer notes. New Mail Not Pushin to Inbox
I use Firefox to access Zoho Mail and I also have it synced with my Blackberry. When new mail arrives, it shows up immediately on my Blackberry (with an audible notification) and the Zoho tab in Firefox also shows how many new mails have arrived (in parentheses). Since I have a notification Add-On installed in Firefox, I also receive an audible notification. However, when I open the Zoho tab in Firefox, the new mail is not in my Zoho Mail inbox. I have to use refresh to get the new mail to show
