Hi, How do I insert an email that is always hidden on who sends and receives e-mail? Example: A sends C, but A and C do not know that the email is read from B. Thanks ;)
Can I control email forwards at the domain level, not a catch all email level?
So it seems that to do a wildcard forwards, I have to do a catch all https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/catch-all-setup.html But to forwards email addresses that are specific, eg - sales@mydomain.com to a specific email, I have to go into my catchall account, and create filters. Is that the only way?
Can't send or receive e-mail
Hi, Since this morning, we can't send or receive e-mail. I've tried logging into the forum on zoho.eu to post a complaint, but I get: This page doesn't exist. Please check the URL. Permission denied to access this portal. So i'm trying it here at help.zoho.com/portal/en/community I'd like this to be fixed asap. I've tried sending an e-mail to myself from another account, but no luck. If I send an e-mail via Zoho. I get the notification E-mail Sent, but when I click on the Sent-box, there's no e-mail.

I'm in a mess with numerous zoho accounts on numerous different email addresses. Can i get an overview of everything i own
Over the years I have set up multiple accounts with multiple apps for my clients, colleagues etc. Im now in a complete mess and cant' work out which emails are with which apps and which subscriptions i've paid for etc. Ridiculous I know. Is there a way of getting a full report on all my possible email addresses so that I can shut downn any old acocunts, make sure I know exaclty what apyments and subs are running etc? Search doesn't find anything after Dec.19, 2016
Zoho Mail Search does not return any results after December 19, 2016. Attached are the following snapshots: 01-Inbox-VideoInSenderAndSubject.jpg 02-OldVersionSearch-Dec19.jpg 03-NewVersionSearch-Dec19.jpg In File 01, the keyword video appears in the sender field of the first email message, and it occurs in the subject field of the last email message. Both emails are dated Jan. 27, 2017 File 02 shows that running the old version, results are only returned for email messages on Dec. 19th and earlier.

Why am I getting this message when I have registered my domain with Zoho? One would have thought that all the configurations would be automatically be done by Zoho if you purchase the domain from them. We are currently not able to send or receive emails as of today (has been working before) When sending a mail it flashes up with 'email sent' but then there is nothing in drafts, outbox or sent. Please help.

Can't connect phone to Zoho business email
I try to connect Android email client with my business' Zoho Mail and it says authentication failed. I used imap.zoho.com, port 993, with SSL, using my email address as username. This worked on my previous Android phone, but I can't get it to work on this one. So I'm forced to use Zoho Mail app, which only works for Zoho Mail and I'd like to have all my email handled by the same app.
