Not able to send mail to AOL email addresses
I am unable to send email to AOL email addresses. I can send and receive email from all other email addresses. There isn't an issue with AOL because I can send email to AOL email addresses using my gmail address. Email Account Disabled Again!
This happened a week ago, I stopped receiving email and realized a few days later my account at rene@renemichaels.com was disabled in the zoho mail settings. I clicked on "disabled" and was able to enable it. But today it happened again but this time if I try to enable it, nothing happens and it is still disabled.

We are using zoho mail. But recently we replied aol mail box, it is blocked by the same reason. ResponseCode 421, , 4.7.1 : (DYN:T1) http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/421dynt1.html We checked aol reason: 421 DYN:T1 The IP address you are sending from has been temporarily rate limited due to lack of whitelisting, unexpected changes in volume, or poor IP reputation. Then we also tried to us Gmail, Yahoo and hotmail to send emails to aol mail box, they are okay. Please help to check it. Thanks.

Cannot send request using Zoho as a service

How to verify I own the domain when using Wordpress.com and Namecheap?
Hi, I have exactly the same question as https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/how-to-verify-i-own-the-domain-when-using-wordpress-com-and-namecheap , but the answer in this one seems to be out-of-date. At lease the video in the answer was no longer available. So I also use namecheap with wordpress and am now trying to setup zoho. But since using wordpress with namecheap requires me to use "custom DNS" which doesn't allow me to change things in the "Advanced DNS". So I'm really lost now.

Redirecting Individual Emails
