our problem is our web site is disconnected for 2 days with our Zoho domains, due to error from Zoho domains management.

DKIM not verified
I've tried to verify my DKIM but I keep getting an error message. The external link says it's verified, the TXT is properly set up in my DNS, but DKIM won't verify on the Zoho site. I'm not receiving emails either, although I can send them. Please help - this is a business account and I can't afford not to get my emails! Thanks, Charlotte.

Do free account users have a limit to how many emails can be sent per hour? per minute?
SMTP not working on iOS
Hi Zoho, I'm trying to get my emails working on my iPhone. I've enabled TFA on my account and created an application specific password. Created the new account on my iPhone of which the verification all went well. I'm able to download my messages and folders but unable to send emails. Thanks Ken

Help I cannot receive mail
Hello, I configured a free zoho mail yesterday and it was sending and receiving email just fine. However, when I used a hosting other then godaddy, that's when I realized that I no longer receive emails. Please find the below message when I did a test mail from a gmail account Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to jenna@smarketer.ph because the address couldn't be found. disabling Zoho's obstructive "spam" filter
spam filters are supposed to be helpful, but Zoho's "spam" filter does nothing but make work for me as 99.9999% of the messages it catches are false positives, and the only way to change the filter's behavior is on a message-by-message basis (this is incredibly poor design, folks). i've already been informed that there's no way to disable this broken filter (another major design flaw) and i have a perfect spam filter of my own running on all my computers and don't want or need Zoho's "help" controlling

I can't connect to OSTicket
Hello. I have tried to connect my OSticket application that, before the Zoho Mail implementation, was OK using the same email address, but never using PHP mail function (there's another post that solved this issue using that function). I have been getting this error (attached). I have verified the access to the mailbox through Zoho Portal using user/pass settings and all is OK. Even the Two Factor Authentication is off, and POP is ON. So, what is the problem?

msync not working with my device
It seams my sync isn't working properly. This weekend I had to re-enter my password on my BlackBerry 10 device and ever since then it isn't syncing properly. I'm able to see email through the website: mail.zoho.com, but I'm not receiving them on my device. Sometimes the emails show up, but they are several hours or days late. I have numerous emails configured and all of the Zoho ones are having issues. I can send emails fine, but not receive them. Has something changed recently causing a problem

ZOHO MAIL SPAM IS UNBEARABLE!
I am receiving upto 100 spam emails into my inbox each day. What is going on? How can zoho be so incapable of combating spam? Hotmail, Gmail and Godaddy are far superior in every respect. Get this fixed or you will lose our company as customers for good. FIX IT!!!!
