Please help us asap. Our mail accounts at boamar.com cannot send mail at all, even a new account just created got the error 554 5.1.8 Sender address blocked. We acknowledge that one time we use one account to send mail possibly tagged as a campaign mail. The nature of our business is to design and manufacture swimwear clothes. Domain with GODADDY not working.
I am using a Domain bought through Godaddy on Shopify. I have used ZOHO to link my domain with my gmail account. I have setup everything according to instructions. When I try to link to GMAIL I get an error. I am unable to receive emails to my Zoho email from any other email. Godaddy and Wp-Engine
Hi, I have a domain name that was registered through GoDaddy and now is hosted by WP-Engine. I tried to update the DNS records in GoDaddy however it says "We can't display your DNS information because your nameservers aren't managed by us." Is DKIM necessary to use Zoho Mail
My DNS provider does not allow me to have DKIM records unless I pay for a more expensive option through their service. As the domain I am paying them for is a part of their organisational domain I cannot change away from them without losing my domain. Therefore, do I have to use DKIM or will SPF be sufficient to use Zoho as my mail provider? Regards, Alex B

Time for a new provider?
I have not been with Zoho long and recently moved from another provider having the same types of issues. Since the four weeks I have moved here, I have been down 5 times. How sad is this? Why can they not run such a simple system? Anyone use another provider that actually works?
