Hey guys Seems like this is an on-going issue with using Outlook via IMAP to connect to your services. Can you advise how we might fix of resolve these issues ? I know you advise "only a few users" and suggest webmail as a solution, trouble is that it seems to be a lot more than "a few" and since when is webmail a solution to regular everyday business emails ? Blocked due too many IMAP connections
I am suddenly getting an error that - too many IMAP server connections and the following error message when I try to access my account from MS Outlook. This is the first time this is happening. The only other device is my android phone (besides outlook on my Windows laptop). Can somebody please help.

Hello, I just moved to zoho email hosting with my domain some time ago. But in the light of recent issues with accepting emails I would like to get back to my previous email provider. Please let me know how to cancel my email hosting with Zoho. Which steps should I take to remove the domain, users and how to revert the configurations I applied to C-Panel of my hosting. Microsoft Outlook for Mac - No subject headers (transfer encoding)
I am thinking of switching from Apple Mail to Outlook for Mac. I add my zoho mail account to Outlook but am getting some duplicate sent items (with no subject), with garbage above the message, for example: --Apple-Mail=_03C44C4A-7DA9-4941-8604-C007F4D0D839 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 See screen grab of mail list. Why is Outlook doing this, all the sent mail looks fine in Apple Mail? I am using latest versions of everything.

Issue Setting Up New Account
Hi, We are having a slight challenge setting up a new mail hosting account for our domain smartfedha.co.ke, the System requires a Phone number to facilitate verification through input of a validation code, the problem is the System Admin is out of country while roaming and input the phone number however the Zoho System picked the last digits of the number and added the Country Code of the (country the Admin is visiting) instead of the home country.Hence the SMS Code has been sent to another number

How do I label public group emails?
How do I label public group emails? For example, if someone sends an email to my support group, all the members of that group will receive the email. If a member responds to that email, the other members of that group would not / can not see/know that. So is there a way to tag/label emails or something so an email isn't answered by different people as a result of people not being aware that someone already answered it?

Unable to log in using Internet Explorer 11
I am unable to log into my email on Internet Explorer 11. I get the log in page, but after logging in, I get the "Take Control of Your Inbox" website, with a "Access Zoho Mail" in the upper right corner. When I click on that, it recycles to the same page. I am able to log in using Google Chrome, but it's very inconvenient.
Not receiving or sending emails
My account is not receiving or sending any emails. Please can you help as this is my business email and so is causing some issues. It was working fine up until 19th December and since nothing is working. I've tried multiple test emails and there is definitely nothing being received or sent. Thanks

Hi, I set up my emails yesterday (using an externally hosted domain - affinitybirthing.com) and can receive emails but I cannot send them from my account. When running the set up yesterday the MX records came back as errors. I could't access the set up today but sent a test email to my account and it went through ok but I could not send. Not Receiving Emails from Google GSuite/G-apps emails (google free email works fine)
Hi, I'm testing out Zoho as an alternative to gmail for my client, they currently use gsuite/google apps for their other business. All emails I send from google free accounts come through fine, everything from gsuite account does not arrive, and so far also there has been no bounce message. Any ideas what could be causing this? I've tried from a couple of unrelated gsuite accounts with the same result, but standard @gmail.com accounts come through immediately. Cheers Steve

How can I make a filter based on message body, instead of message subject?

I have a free account that I set up recently with the intent to mostly read/write the emails thru my gmail personal account. I set up the relevant rules in Gmail. However I was getting an error and then noticed the Zoho account seems to be blocked from sending outgoing emails, and if I try to unblock it I get the following message: Does this mean I cannot send emails from a free account, including forwarding the email (i.e. initiate from gmail)? I didn't see this limitation on the plans and pricing
