Hi, I am trying to send emails out of one of my zoho user accounts but getting the 553 relaying disallowed error message. I have added the SMTP details accordingly but it does not seem to work.

Update on MX records
Dear Admin, You may know that your domain (eg, yourcompany.com) has an MX record that points to an email server configured to process email for your domain. We have noticed that some of our customers have used Zoho IP address (instead of DNS server name) in their MX records to specify the mail server. This is NOT recommended practice. I am sure that I have the correct settings in Thunderbird, but it will not send mails, returning the error message: "Sending of the message failed. email contacts ported to ZoHo CRM
My company is not (quite yet) using ZoHo mail per se. We have gmail accounts. But is it possible to sync and have those e-mail contacts imported into ZoHo CRM? I am familiar with similar function from salesforce.com. I retrieved help files for Gmail integration, but don't see the setup for POP account synchronization.

How to change encoding
Im using the SMTP server to send mail from our website but have ran into some format issues. When using the built in mail my links in emails are fine but when going thru the zoho STMP server the links are disabled. The only thing i can see that's different is the Content-Transfer-Encoding. My built in email uses Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit and zoho uses Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable. Is there a way to change this?

Incoming spam has dramatically increased
I've noticed over the last few weeks that the spam hitting my inbox has dramatically increased. On a daily basis I am probably clearing all North of 30 spam messages post day. I have not changed any of my account settings so don't understand what could be causing this. Anyone else with similar experience?

Zoho Stop the Spam Mail
What the H*** is going on with all the spam mail? I get at least 40-50 spam emails a day. I mark them as spam every time and still they are never ending. I have added my email to a national do not email list, but I still get them. I have other business email account with other organizations and NEVER get spam mail to those inboxes. Is this why the service is free, because of all the spam? If I continue to get this much spam each day, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.
