Hi, Today I registered Mail for my new site, trizocbs.us.to. The first login worked fine, but when i later tried to log back in w/ the email address, (info@trizocbs.us.to) it said, the password would be wrong, when i tried to do it via Phone number it said the account was disabled

My acc is sending e-mails but not receiving any!
I sent a mail from my gmail to zoho account and it was not delivered. When I sent a mail from zoho to my gmail, it was delivered. However when I forwarded the same mail from gmail to zoho, nothing happened, the mail was not delivered to zoho. It seems we can send mails from zoho to others but they cannot send mails to my zoho account. What should I do to solve this issue?

Hi, My website is weddingcompanyindia.com. i have followed all the instructions followed by the Zoho to set MX records entry. but after that i am able to compose mail but i am not able to receiving any mail. Cannot copy mail from Local Folders to IMAP main account with Thunderbird
I'm very puzzled by the behaviour I'm seeing with Thunderbird when trying to copy some folders, or even single emails, from Local Folders to the main IMAP account via drag and drop. I had this working fine earlier with an IMAP account I have at virginmedia.com - folders, nested subfolders and the emails within all copied fine. With a Thunderbird account set up to use Zoho via IMAP, though, either nothing happens at all (most of the time), as if the target folder is simply locked, or one folder only

Zoho emails going into spam folder
Hi All the emails that we send from our Zoho account are going into spam folders. I changed the DNS to add this into the TXT field v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all This did not solve the problem though. I have tried to copy the header in outlook of the spam email but the instructions given do not match up to my outlook account, where you show to click on info my account says inbox not info and I cannot find that anywhere, is there an easier way I can copy rhe header to send this to you please? Daily limit for sending emails
Hi, We are running a community service which sends emails to single users (e.g. to confirm registration, reset a password, get notifications,... no mass mails). We do not reach the 1000 emails per day yet but this might happen throughout the upcoming year. Therefore, I'm searching for a long-term solution. Is there an option to lift the limit for emails sent per day or do you offer any service upgrade to buy which would allow us sending more? As far as I understood Zoho Campaigns isn't really suitable

Thunderbird timing out while connecting to SMTP

Too many connections with IMAP
Just recently I started getting tons of IMAP errors about too many connections. I have Thunderbird set up to only use 2 connections, and the only other client is my phone with gmail, and yet I get these errors about 70% of the time. Is there a way to check what client may be causing this?
Hotmail Problems
Hi, I'm having problems receiving mail from a hotmail account, any other mail seems to be ok. They can send mail through gmail and that arrives, but nothing from hotmail. If they send to anybody else it works fine, it's just me. Is this a problem with Zoho ? Any ideas?
