Several questions around set up and integration - please help
- ho to you easily move from inbox in mail to reach the docs? I have clicked on the icon next to the logo in the top left corner and clicked docs but it then navigated to a new tab with a sales page, it didn't carry my login over. - can you view more than one inbox and switch between views? I have my own name@domain.com but I also want to see directors@domain.com without needing to log out and then in again?

I have faced problems with bounce messages with error 554, even if there is the target mailbox, the message is returned. The mailbox is rubensneto@rfreitas.com.br An another error code is 550 error code 5.4.6 Mail rate exceed limit. Please help!
Failed Verification
Hi, I was trying to sign up for the email service. I entered my domain name and phone number. I was a 10 minutes late in entering the code and the code was not accepted. I tried doing the process again, but it won't accept the code now. Is there a way you can send the code again to that number so that I can continue the process? Thank you. Christian

Receiving emails in a gmail account
Hello, I been receiving al my emails to a gmail account, that has nothing to do with my zoho email account, I can't see any of the emails that are sent to my zoo account in my inbox, but everytime someone sends me and email i receive it in a gmail account, con you please let me know whats going on, its driving me crazy.
Thunderbird failed to find settings for email account
Why does Zoho have this problem? EVERY other email provider loads smoothly into Thunderbird. I have tried both pop and imap. Yes, they are both enabled in settings. All my settings are correct.

Dear Zoho! After adding a secondary email, Zoho sends a successful verification e-mail to the created secondary email. So far so good. Let say the secondary email created is info@xyz.com. Zoho successfully sends a verification email. Once logging into Zoho with the credentials of the secondary email, Zoho says that the email is not verified. folder sharing with delegation not working
Delegation not working. our domain is cq-global.com salauddin@cq-global.com shared IMP folder with soad.rahman@cq-global.com with delegation permission. When soad replies it shows his email address in from field.
Outgoing blocked
Our account: register@9inesports.com is currently blocked for outgoing. Can you unblock it? is it a rate/limit issue? How can we prevent this from happening? This is what we are looking at: Your Outgoing has been blocked and you will be unable to send emails.

We have a travel portal site which sends emails on bookings. These bookings are sent to Gmail and email addresses at Zoho. Email to Gmail is received successfully but there is no trace of emails sent to Zoho email account. Any insights what could be happening here? Thanks.

Hello, I am not able to receive emails from specific domain. If I add the domain in whitelist, I am able to receive emails. Why is that behaviour? The other domain is hosted in bigrock. Interesting fact is another domain is hosted in bigrock but I am able to recieve mails from there.
