Error Message when sending email to category list
I have two category lists with contacts, one with 30 contacts, one with about 220. When attempting to send an email to both lists, I received an error message: Then I tried sending the message to the smaller list alone and received the same message. Update: Received an email that I was blocked from sending (see below). Entered the captcha and got unblocked but I still can't send the email to my category list of 220, which should have gone out this morning. I see nothing about a limit for category

Hi there, I am currently getting some emails with the error code 550 when replying to contacts this is an example: ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :permanent failure for one or more recipients (jackie.williams@cruiseplanners.com:blocked) I am also getting blocked: 550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit I click on unblock and I just sent like 12 emails and I am getting blocked again, I am not even close to the limit 500MB per day, our team already send email to support and call several times tu support

Unable to receive emails - MX records
Hello, Yesterday we set up 2 new email addresses with Zoho. Our domain was verified and the MX records added via our DNS manager. However, over 24 hours later a message still being received "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho". I've seen similar topics on this issue, but none seem to have a single solution, would anybody from support be able to assist? We are able to send emails with both addresses, but they cannot currently be received. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
iPhone email fonts and Desktop fonts are different
Of the less than ~10 fonts for both iPhone / desktop, there is not one overlapping font. Thus, if I reply on my iPhone to a customer, the body of the email will always look different than the signature wording? How can I fix this asap? iPhone 10.0.2 / with the latest version of Zoho Mail. Thanks, Jeff

Created new group mail but it automatically deleted one existing user account
Today i have created a new zoho Group mail and added 2 existing members. Made group access level as Group Members and then changed to public. Send a test mail to the group mail. But one of the group member was automatically deleted from user account. I couldnt find this user in the email accounts list. Then i have the same email account but old mails were not present. I have now deleted this new account i created. I want to restore all emails and contact details. Please help us fix this issue and
Zoho Mail App - Displaying emails in mobile responsive view?
I'm coding emails and testing them in Zoho Mail app. The app won't show the emails in mobile format, despite them working in other apps such as Gmail. Why does Zoho Mail app show the desktop view? Can this be changed? See below Zoho Mail App Gmail App

Reply signatures not working
I've tested every combination and no matter what, your signature appears when you reply to an email. I don't want signatures to automatically appear for a reply on the web client or mobile app.

Hi, I apology for this crazy reason. I created some email account for domain licosy.com with Zoho free mail service. Now, I would like to create one more account but unfortunately, I have forgotten the admin email & password. How can I recover the account? I have added all the MX records and the initial requirements. But when i send a email from my account, it is somehow regarded as an abuse. The from address is "staff@hotmail.com" And the body is "This is an email abuse report for an email message received from IP xx.xx.xx.xx on Mon, 3 Oct 2016 10:31:55 -0700." Why is this happening?

i am not able to add user due to "Unusual activity from ip" error. We are using the mail for sending account verification mails for our website. How to tackle this problem. My user outgoing too gets disabled after 2-3 mails.

URGENT - I can't access my email
I can't access my email with my own password. I tried to reset my password but keep dsending the reset instructions to the same email I ca not access. Completelty non-sense. Hi, I've just set up a couple of Zoho email accounts to use with my domain - unfortunately, any email we send to contacts with a BT Internet @btinternet.com go to my retry mail queue. There's 4 of them, so its clearly a problem for BT Internet email addresses, as I've seen on other forums. I've subsequently added an spf value of 'v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all' as has been suggested on a few forums. Is there any further news on the problems with BT Internet email addresses, or further advice please?

Zoho not respecting my spam and filter preferences.
Even when I mark an email address as not spam it will still put it in the spam folder. Even when I put the address in my email contacts and make a filter for it to send it to my inbox it is putting the address in spam. I did upgrade to the new zoho mail because I figured you were dropping services to the old email interface, but it didn't work.
