how to forward zoho email to multiple zoho email users
Hi, I have a questions on email forwarding. I set up an email users, and I want all the emails sent to this user to be forwarded to 5 other users. I was able to set up 3 accounts for this email forwarding, but was not able to add more. The option to add more emails disappeared after I did 3. Does Zoho allow email forwarding to multiple users? we are receiving emails on my this (prem@avanttax.com) email ID very late on my computer which we access it under cloud(outlook). Some time almost an hour late. In the last few days whenever I try and send an email using zoho I receive this error message: We weren't able to send this message, so we've put it in your Drafts folder. Before you try sending it again, you can check to see if the address is correct and that no attachments are too large. My gamil is working fine. Thanks, Cheryl

SPAM Filtering - Zoho allowing Blacklisted Spammers to pass
I am getting a surge in SPAM emails recently and w/o having the ability to Blacklist by IP - it' difficult to attempt to list by domain as many of these spammers use false names and have multiple IP's. In researching these I found that many of these are already Backlisted on Spamhaus and other locations yet Zoho is allowing them to pass through the spam filtering ??? Email Signatures Deleted
Hello, All of our Webmail Email signatures configured have disappeared. What happened to them?? If I have to put them all them back in, I will be considering leaving Zoho as they took me over 5 hours to put 20 different email signatures across our company.
Not receving email
We've just signed our entire company over to Zoho mail (free for now as a trial, but we were considering uprgrading to a paid account) but after only 2 days of using the service, sadly we are very disappointed. Some emails we write are not being delivered at all. We are sometimes receiving emails, but hours after they've been sent to us. Other emails, we are not receiving at all. Looking through the forum, it seems this is a common occurrence. Is this going to be resolved or are we better off finding

"Relay Access Denied" on our application sign up account (which has not been touched)
We're getting "Relay Access Denied" bounce backs to our "no-reply" email account which sends users activation emails. There have been no configuration changes to the application server or network infrastructure. Can a member of Zoho's support team assist please?

cannot turn off two factor authentication
Hi, There is no longer a "disable" option under https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#security/authentication After much searching in this forum and google there is nothing I can find to turn it off. The only options in this page are what mode to use. After enabling this my server calls are not working. Obviously the server does not have a way to receive an sms and send that code to you.
pdf will not open in mail
I am having issues with opening pdf attachments in email. When I click to open, a blank page pops up that says about:blank. It will download the pdf to my download folder. I have to click on that and then open the pdf. This is very time consuming when I have a lot of pdfs to open. I amusing adobe acrobat, which is up to date as well as Mozilla which is up to date. Any suggestions?
