Some business contacts have reported their emails sent to me are not going through
However, they do not get a "hard" failure message. So far the only three business associates that have reported a problem are both located in the province of Ontario, Canada. Is there any chance any of your mail servers may have been blacklisted by any Ontario based ISPs such as Bell or Rogers? I receive emails from other areas in Canada and from around the world with no apparent problems. Sending emails always works.

IMAP server is rejecting due to 'invalid credentials'
This is the second time in 3 days that 'imappro.zoho.com' is rejecting connection attempts and reports back 'Invalid credentials'. It was highly unprofessional to change the address from 'imap.zoho.com' to 'imappro.zoho.com' without ANY notice (i stumbled upon the new address when i started troubleshooting the connection issues on Saturday in my account's IMAP settings) to begin with and the fact that your 'datacenter maintenance/migration' was only announced in a blog on your site which nobody reads
How to see organization contacts in new UI
I have enabled "Organization Contacts Sync" and added contacts to my address book. But other users cant see the contacts I have added when they navigate to "Contacts" in the new zoho mail UI (https://mail.zoho.com/zm/#contacts). However, if they navigate to the old UI (https://contacts.zoho.com), they can see the contacts listed under "My Organization Contacts". How can we see organization contacts in the zoho mail UI?

Why is my subdomain going in the spam folder?
Good day, I've been trying different recipes but I have a domain I used for development which is no on any blacklist and it keeps falling in the SPAM folder of my Zoho account (when testing on Gmail, it works fine). It also has nothing to do with my email client, as I see the emails directly go into the SPAM folder in the Zoho web interface when all my clients are closed. Since this is a domain used for development, I would prefer to understand the issue before adding whitelists. Here are details:

Additional Aliases
I'm finding the 30 alias limit to be constraining. I currently create an alias for every bank, online service, email list, etc. That way, when I quit that service but they continue to contact me I can just delete the alias. This is especially useful when doing something like buying a car--I can get quotes, make the deal, and then delete the alias stopping all the follow-up sales emails. I would like to request the alias limit be raised to something more flexible, like 100. Thanks!

I'm trying to forward a copy of all emails from a particular address to my phone. It asks to verify. But the received conformation code seems corrupted.
