Mails not recieving
I am not receiving any mail from any email id, from last days my clients are complaining me. I even tried sending mail from my gmail account to domain email. please check and retrieve my mails. Domain name is MangoBunch.com
I can receive but I can't send emails from iphone via imap
Good morning! I sent off 2 emails this weekend from my iphone and I didn't realize that they were sitting in my outbox. I received a message that said "cannot send mail, an error occurred while delivering this message." I followed the instructions on the website regarding setting up zoho mail on my iphone, so I'm not sure what happened. Can someone please help? Thanks! :)

Hola, Hace tres días activé mi cuenta en Zoho, con el dominio de mi empresa. Sin embargó noté que puedo enviar correos, pero no puedo recibirlos. Probé enviando desde diferentes cuentas (yahoo, gmail, etc) y no ingresa ningún mail a mi cuenta de zoho. Mobile App Screen Rotation for Apple products
I have the ZOHO mobile app for my Samsung S6 and my Iphone 6. In my S6, I can turn my screen landscape wise and the screen will rotate so i can see more of my screen horizontally. However, no matter how I turn my Iphone 6 or my larger IPAD, the screen won't rotate. Yes, I even have the screen rotation button on UNLOCKED so it should rotate. All other apps rotate except Zoho mail. Is there a way to enable screen rotation?

Retrieval of deleted email
I was reviewing my spam email on the app and had accidentally deleted an important email as I was in the process of moving it over to my inbox. I've sent multiple tickets today in order to retrieve the email asap. It was deleted today (August 29th at approx 11:05). As soon as it happened is when I had reported it. Hello, Currently all of our organization's email accounts are inactive. Without any warning or anything! I first encountered this problem when I tried to login to our main account, info@theaoks.gq and was not able to login. I tried other account and discovered that they all of have been inactivated. I would like to know why this is happening! We use our email very frequently and love Zoho Mail a lot! We've been very loyal! Why all of a sudden are we losing access to our email! NEEDED blacklist wildcard to block not only the domain but also subdomains.
The host that I just moved from had a wildcards (*) available in their blacklist, we NEED it here. As posted and requested by others from years past. The spammers only change the subdomain name to bypass the blacklist, then we have to add that one to the blacklist. replies to emails are sent to my gmail inbox, not my Zoho inbox. Why?
For the past 2 days all of my email replies have been going to my gmail accounts inbox, as opposed to the Zoho inbox which is the account they were sent from. Why is this? Seems very very very bizzare! What could I be doing wrong? Got a feeling its a stupid mistake. Thanks in advance

Emails not working
Hi, My website paimona.co is hosted with CPanel and is running on Wordpress. After integrating Zoho Mail, the wordpress emails + contact form emails are not being sent. I've tried some SMTP plugins and they're not working too. What's the possible fix for it?
Can I delete without Trash?
Is there a way to delete or disable Trash so emails will be permanently deleted without going into Trash?
550 5.1.1 Error - no emails coming through -- help!
I understand that this may be due to the fact that I don't have the accounts set up in Zoho. However, when I visit control panel, it shows my main account there (that too is bouncing back with a 550 5.1.1 for some reason). I have tried creating my user accounts but I keep getting the message "User already exists in your org." Any ideas? This is infuriating.
