Hello, I recently configured Zoho to be my e-mail client. But it appears I can only send e-mails, not receive them. I have sent several test e-mails and they all arrived to the correct addresses. But nothing is coming to my Inbox. I followed the instructions to configure the domain in cPanel X and then did the check in MXToolBox. I came back with no errors but one warning: "Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner". Is this the problem and if it is, how do I fix it? My domain is dhmagazinelatino.com

I setup an email account on 8/4 using my domain "Riverbend-HOA.com" Last night sending and receiving worked but today I don't see that email account when I logon but it appears a new email account in it's place.
Issues sending mail using SMTP
As of a little while ago, I was able to send email via SMTP just fine. Wasn't until recently that I now receive errors saying the server refused my connection. I have emailed Zoho support about this issue before but I still have not heard back. We use buddypress on our website and Zoho is our sole email client. Therefore, we use a wordpress@domain.com account to send out our activation/ lost password as well as contact form emails. However, this account got automatically blocked from outgoing mail due to the fact that they thought this was advertising/ marketing related. It has now been over a week since this issue and I have not heard back from support.
