I get my outgoing smtp in one country working (Belgium), with the same settings in another (Germany) NOT working. Suddenly the German machine works and clears the Outbox. Two days later its smtp of offline and won't send. And now both are not working. I use Mac Mail. Mail works fine on Zoho online mailbox throughout. Any advice? Domain is erdenproject.com

MX Entries Not Updating / Propagating
When modifying MX Records to point to mx.zoho.com, my existing email addresses don't work - the emails bounce. I'm very concerned about this down time. I've waited more than 4 hours (the TTL = 14400 or 4 hours) but no change in DNS entries. I've read online some folks were out of email for an entire week. I can't afford that. Hello, I had been using zoho without any problems for years, but now I can not receive e-mails from most other senders. I can receive mails from other zoho based senders but not from others. I have checked spam, their mails are not going there, checked blacklists, none of them were added, have whitelisted them all but still did not solve the issue. Can you please help?

I have reached maximum alias limit
Due to my business, I have to create about 5 alias per day for my customer. However, my account has reached maximum alias limit and it cause a big problem. I want to upgrade my alias to unlimited. Sent Items being stored twice using Outlook 2016 and IMAP/SMTP
When sending mail using Outlook 2016, I have unticked "save copy in sent folder", however I still find every message duplicated in the Sent folder. Is there any way to prevent this?

Trying to add new CRM user AND create zoho mail account at same time.
We are trying to add a new employee user account to the CRM system. Our company email is hosted by zoho. We can create a user account, but are asked for an email address. We can enter the one we want to use, but that is not yet set up in zoho mail, and we therefore cannot verify the account. Have tried approaching the mail account first, creating that then trying to create a CRM user linked to it, but really getting in a pickle and not able to find a successful resolution. We are using both Zoho Mail and Zoho Projects. I've set up a filter in Zoho Mail to forward requests from our Service Desk application (OSTicket) to our zoho projects submit bug email (theatlantacenter_infosystems@bugs.zohoprojects.com). The issue is that Zoho Mail will not act on this filter until the zoho projects submit bug email is verified. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Getting Spam emails to an old email address
Looks like someone had my domain before us and we keep getting spam for a very old email address that never existed for us. Can I have all emails that go to this email address automatically get deleted instead of going to spam?

I have been blocked for several days now after my account was spambotted. I've used the support email (via another email address) and you've given me an interim response. I've posted on the forum in several places and you've asked me to enable TFA - which I have - when you weren't ignoring me. What else do I need to do before I can get my email address back please? And before you remind me that I'm on a free account (which I am), I pay for other Zoho services so consider myself a paying customer.

Do you guys have any plans for an option to make additional mail accounts dump into the main account instead of creating a separate area for each additional account? Not receiving email.
Emails stopped coming in two hours ago. I've had people test sending me emails and noting is coming in. I have used up 81% of space so that is not the problem.
