Email going to spam and gmail couldn't detect my domain actually sent this sms
Hello, i have already added SPF record to the domain. Now the emails that I am sending is going to spam folder of recipents and the email that i sent from my domain to my gmail id is being marked as "Gmail couldn't verify that (domain_name.com) actually sent this message (and not a spammer). What should I do ? Please say urgently as my business is dependent on this.

Hi We're looking at coming across to Zoho mail for our company. At the moment, (using outlook) all our outgoing mail is redirected through a server whom adds an advertising header and footer to the mail. Can we send emails from zoho using a 3rd party SMTP server? thanks in advance. Steve

Unable to receive emails from non-zoho emails
I have setup MX records & verified in MXToolbox. I also setup SPF record. I am able to send emails to any account but not able to receive emails. I can receive emails from other zoho accounts (ie same SMTP server!) but not from others (Gmail). How to resolve?

First of all - I already added an SPF record for my domain (as I found on this forum) but I noticed that I still have a problem with Gmail e-mail reciever. Unable to Sign up for free email account
Dear Zoho, We are having difficulty signing up for a Zoho Mail account. We created an account and verified the email address used to complete the registration process (lacasa@pacific.net.sg) and are trying to create a free Zoho Mail account with info@la-casa.com.sg. INBOX SUBFOLDERS DISAPPEARED
It's been days now ! Several emails sent to zohomail support ! Still can't open subfolders of my inbox , the little triangle icon has disappeared and my company can't access 90% of emails!!! What Does This Icon Do when your inside an open email?
Hello, Today I inadvertently clicked on an icon when reading an open email. When your in an open email at the top right corner there are several icons in a row. 'Folder', 'Tag', 'Trash', 'Spam', and then the icon to the right of the spam icon - I don't know what that is, or what it does? I clicked on it by accident and I cannot find the email that was open when I clicked on it. Thanks. Darren

Video & audio calls in chat not working for group chats
Hello, For some reason, we cannot video or audio call in a group chat in Zoho Mail. Normal, 1 to 1 chats can still video & audio call, but I have tried many times to do video/audio calls in group chats, and the buttons are simply not there! The video and audio buttons aren't in group chats. I hope this feature hasn't been changed/removed. I tried to sign up for an organizational Zoho Chats, but there doesn't seem to be any ability to video or audio chat at all there. Please Help! Thanks! Noble Obodum

can't access email
Hi, I set up Zoho mail for an acquaintance a while ago. As of today, he can't access his email all of a sudden. If I do a password reset the password reset link is sent to the address we don't have access to any more. There is only one user, which is the super-user, which is de account we don't have access to. Inbox extreme issue *URGENT HELP NEEDED*
I opened up my inbox this morning to find 1076 emails, they are all deleted or spam emails that are now loading through my inbox and continue to do so, its presently at 1091 emails in my inbox dating back to September 2015, i have 8 more months to load yet and its slowing down my PC.

I need a reliable mail service - not one that is routinely blacklisted. The on-going war between Yahoo and Zoho is getting old - fast. I think it's time to move on. G
