For the last 8 hours all my junk and spam is being sent to my inbox, so far its dating back to 2014 and i have 5000+ emails in my inbox, and its showing no sign of stopping.

I'm trying to add a form via formspree.io but i'm not receiving the confirmation email in my zoho inbox. I tested using another gmail address and i receive the confirmation email as expected. The domain is setup correctly because i can receive test emails, but nothing from formspree.io (which uses sendgrid) is received. Any suggestions?

Adding new user
I just verified my domain, but every single time I try to create a user after verifying it just gets stuck at Loading. I have tried 2 different computers and 3 different browsers, and no matter what I can't get by this step.
Zoho not processing web site contact form emails
Since switching to zoho, I stopped getting messages sent via my site's contact form. The site host uses php to send mail so I assume I have to authorize them to send on my behalf. So I added the zoho mx record to my site host's cpanel and their ip and domain wherever I could at zoho. That seemed to work for a while but now it's failing again. What exactly do I need to do to get this to work?

No Incoming Mail?
Hello, Recently I signed up for zoho mail so to host my business e-mail address. I have verything set-up correct and the mx records look correct how-ever I don't receive incoming e-mails. When testing I always received errors saying "Delivery Status Notification (Delay)". I can send outgoing messages without a problem - it's just that I can't receive incoming e-mails. Can anyone suggest anything to fix this problem? I've set my account "info@domain.com" as being able to send and receive e-mails

Hi From last couple of days i have noticed a spike in DMARC Reports coming from Russian Mail Service Provider qq.com. The reports are indicating failure for some in DKIM or Temp Error for SPF BUT all have been sent from server163-mail.zoho.com. Getting rid of a chat person from the Smart Chat Bar in Zoho Mail
In our group of 5 collaborators we have ONE individual whose chat status shows up at the far right of the Smart Chat tool bar in Zoho Mail. You can see in the attachment "Catherine" with the green available status. How do we get rid of that? I've hosted my domain with zoho yesterday and set SPF for it as v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ~all When I tried the setup with mail-tester.com here is what it says about SPF What we retained as your current SPF record is: v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ~all It should be changed to: v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ip4:74.201.84.163 ~all Also when I sent a message to another mailbox and checked out smtp headers it was said there: softfail (censored: transitioning domain of censored does not designate 74.201.84.163

Can shared contacts autofill in the to: field and/or be simply added to ALL CONTACTS?
At the moment, shared contacts seem pretty useless, as they don't autofill when I go to compose and email and I can't even manually send them over to my own personal contacts. Am I missing something?

Want to use an email as incoming email address only?
Hi, We have set up a team email that we are using for all our team communication - team@x.com but whenever we are making a reply for the emails directed at team@x.xom, in the from section we are able to see 2 options but by default team@x.xom is the one. It creates confusion if someone replies from team@x.com I am looking for a way where team@x.com can only receive email but the outgoing is not active. Any solution guys?

I setup my email and now I am receiving updates for the exact same email every few minutes. Yet I have already viewed and replied to the email in question. Funny thing is it also doesn't appear in my inbox though... Is this a bug with the app?
