Changing Password
Hi I am curious to know on how to change the password for individual email accounts. I see the My Account which changes the general password but cant seem to find the individual email accounts. Thanks

Not receiving Incoming mails.
Currently I'm able to send mails but not able to receive the incoming mails. I would like to receive One Copy of mail to my Webmail & Another Copy of mail to Zoho Mail Inbox.

Emails filtered into Spam folder even though whitelisted
All of the emails coming from amazon.com (which are important) are being filtered into my spam folder. I have specifically gone in and whitelisted the domain as well as the individual emails of the 3 or 4 different ones (always ending in amazon.com) that they come from, but they still do it. I have to go in and manually move the messages from the spam folder to the inbox every time. How do I fix this?
Email error. Doesn't redirect from Godaddy to Zoho

Hello Zoho, I r ecently set up zoho account, using old domain kukdukoo.com. MX records are set up as per instructions. I'm getting mails from zoho accounts but NOT from Gmail. I am also able to send emails from zoho to gmail. Please address my issue. Can anyone let me know what I've missed out!

Improve receiving email delay IMAP settings
Hi, When sending emails from my zoho accounts they receive them fast (less than a minute). But when someone writes back it takes more than 10 minutes for me to see it appear. How can I improve this delay, is not normal because the comunication get´s really slow. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I've sent you support tickets and forum threads but i haven't received answers to my tickets/threads. My zoho smtp server is listed in both lashback and casa-cblplus. Can you please request list removal from those two blocklists, as it stands we have switched from spamassassin -1,7 to spamassassin -2, slowly closing to a automated spam assessment. If you cannot delist that server can you please redirect my smtp traffic to another host so i don't risk my mail to be marked as spam?

Hello, I have migrated recently with my domain portal-dwapara.ro from a server to your server (zoho). So, my email is on your domain zoho. I need to modify my data on my account from where the domain portal-dwapara.ro is registered: http://www.rotld.ro/engleza/index_en.html Here I need to introduce the "nameservers". The only option that I have is: mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com. Is this way of action Ok? Do I need to do something else also? I noticed that when I send/receive emails my Mozilla Thunderbird

To and cc fields no longer matching contact names
Hi Something has broken on the email to and cc fields in mail. For example, if I have a contact "Joe Boggs" whose email address is xxx@gmail.com, when I type x in the from field, it will match Joe Bloggs and prefill the field. If I type j or jo or joe, I get no match. Previously this was working. Can someone log a bug report for this please? Richard

Emails are disappearing in Outlook 2007
I recently set up my zoho mail in Outlook's 2007 version. At first, everything seemed OK and worked just fine. My emails were all there and accounted for, but as soon as Outlook attempted to Send/Receive new emails, all of my emails disappeared from the inbox and subfolders. Blacklist a TO:Address in Catch-All domain email settings?
I've set up my email such that all email sent to the domain comes through to me. This is pretty useful when I want to identify "how my email address is being distributed". Currently I'm receiving just spam messages to abc@mydomain.com (which the tech company "abc" keeps on trying to tell me isn't as a result of information leakage on their side). Hello, Apparently I've managed to verify my domain which was bought through wix and is used through wix. I then created in Zoho the email mariana@ubeearte.com. I logged into my hotmail to send an email to the address I created but it didn't arrive to my Zoho email account. Consequently it didn't arrive to the redirected email address (mresstom@gmail.com).
