when i send a test message from another email handler it is recorde as 1 hour earlier when i receive it on zoho

Still having problems with IMAP
I reported this issue yesterday but the problem still exists. I use IMAP through Outlook 2007 for my email. I am able to send emails but I cannot receive them through IMAP. I get the following message: "A connection to the server cannot be established. Imap.zoho.com is now in offline mode." Why does it appear that Zoho is not looking into this problem?

I have recently added the mx settings and it looks like imap is blocked for me. I am unable to send and receive using imap and I get the username/password error on both my mac and iphone. I can access my mail via the ios app and via web browser with no issues.

Free users do not mean they are not important, a lot of the free users are part of running companies, and a reliable email system is the core of their business. Sent Mail from Different Devices Not Sync'ing--Why?
Emails sent from my laptop (MacBook Pro, 10.9.5) and my iPhone (9.2) are not showing up on my main (desktop) computer (iMac, 10.8.5), all using Apple Mail.app as a client. IMAP Server timeout
G'day, Connection timeout to ZOHO IMAP on port 993. Using apple mail. Sometimes comes back, sometimes goes away. But the messages are not getting synced - they are visible in the Web UI, but not in the client. I seem to be having ongoing connectivity issues with one set-up. I use two different computers with two different versions of Outlook. The one I need to work seems to have frequent problems connecting to the server (IMAP). I've checked and the settings are the same on both versions of Outlook. One works the other doesn't. Blank messages from Zoho mail app to Thunderbird
I use webmail and the Zoho app for Android to manage my (free account) Zoho mail. I sent a message from the app (from my smartphone) and the recipient got a blank message. I have tried several times to this person and each time sent from the app, he gets a blank message. Sent from webmail on my PC, he gets it fine. His mail client is Thunderbird. Getting Zoho email folders to appear in Outlook
Hi I have finally got my emails to sync from zoho with Outlook however now all my emails (inlcuding sent are appearing in my inbox and all the folders i had previously set up in Outlook and that were appearing in Zoho are not appearing in Outlook and my emails are all over the place and unsorted. Time changed by migration
Hi, I migrated all the emails through the IMAP Migration tool. The process went well, but all the emails have different sending/receiving time than the original ones. E.g. if the original email was received at 10pm, than by Zoho Mail I see it as 13:00-0800. The location detail was also added to the user. Can you please help me? Thanks, Bali

Hi, The SMTP of ZOHO are listed in many blacklists and for this reason emails are going straight into spam. How can I use fully custom SMTP servers? "Send mail as" found on "old settings" seems not to be a good idea for 2 facts: 1. Zoho doesn't retrieve all my emails from my server host
I'm using GoDaddy as my hosting server, and I've configured my MX records to get all the emails in Zoho Mail. I'm receiving emails in Zoho Mail correctly but there are some emails in my webmail (godaddy) not retrieved by Zoho Mail. Those emails are created from the webmail site or from my website contact form using PHP mail() function. I've tried to use PHP Mailer with SMTP config with no luck. How to recover deleted emails.
Dear Folks, One of our employee has done some inappropriate and unauthorized activities using his official company email ID. Once we came across we blocked his access by changing the login credentials. However there were so many emails, more than 800 that are deleted from his account in previous week.
