Maximum number of IMAP connections
Hi All, I have seen this thread but from 3 years ago. It just appeared on my computer now. I only have my Outlook on my PC, bluemail on my Smartphone and samsung mail on my tablet. How can that be too many IMAP connections? Its continously popping up with "Your IMAP server wants to alert you the following: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultanious IMAP connections. Kindly try after sometime" I cannot afford to do business with
Can't sent emails
I can't send emails. I keep getting this "problem in sending email while doing IO operation". Is there something I can do?
2 different email threads showing up under one conversation in conversation view
Hello, I have 2 different email threads (to 2 different email recipients) - the subject line of each of these threads is very similar but not exactly the same, however, all the emails relating to both threads are showing up under a single conversation in conversation view which is slightly confusing ( I would expect conversation view to create a separate conversation for each thread). Any ideas what the issue might be? Many thanks, K

Hi, Please help to reset and retrieve our email zen@prado.com.my in your system. We register this email before in zoho, using old hosting company. Now we switch to another hosting company. We managed to register admin@prado.com.my and support@prado.com.my, but failed to register zen@prado.com.my. Please reset and retrieve zen@prado.com.my Thanks
Sender Address Blocked 554 5.1.8 for entire domain
Our entire domain's users are blocked from sending mail right now and have been all day: pvfundinggroup.com Example users: admin, rbehrens, lberhens The admin@ account is not uses, so there's no way that should've tripped any sensor regarding bouncebacks. Please resolve ASAP. Thanks much!
labels in mail
labels in the mail program are not showing up. It seems there is something called tags, but when you set up a filter, the word TAG doesn't appear. There seems to be a problem in your program.
Custom login page style or font is broken (CSS not loading?)
Hello, I just set up a custom login page for my company's emailing platform hosted on Zoho: http://mail.edukasoftware.com As you can see, there is no font styling, it's ugly. I believe some CSS fails to load for some reason. Can someone check it out? I followed the exact recommendations as given in the Zoho official manual (I set up a CNAME record for the subdomain) Thanks in advance... other than this problem, your service is wonderful! Clement

Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
We are having major issues. My outgoing business mail has been down all day. I have called multiple times and sent request for support and no response. Apparently Zoho shuts down our mail if we get 10 bounce backs???? As my vacation responder was on junk mail came through or mail with no returnable address and then the vacation reply bounced back though it was set to limit as 1/ day per mailer. How can we fix this on our own so we do not have entire full days lost waiting to tech response or prevent
Possible to forward and receive emails at the same time?
Is it possible to forward emails AND still receive those in emails in the original inbox? In other words, I want to have three people get the emails sent to one address without having to set up that address on each person's devices. Thanks.
IMAP BLOCKED
I keep getting a warning that my IMAP account is blocked. Why is this happening? I use this for business and cannot keep having these issues!
Cannot log into pop.zoho.com - constant invalid password
While I can successfully log into the web interface, my mail clients (Mac desktop and iOS) keep indicating the password is incorrect (it's not) when trying to authenticate.

Can you please check all the mailboxes under our domain @muber.com.au. I tried to send some images to some of the users and received the following error messages. I use Outlook 2007 to manage my email through Zoho using IMAP; however, I can send but not receive email. I keep getting the message "A connection to the server cannot be established. Imap.zoho.com is not offline."

Updated MX settings but when I run the tool, my old email server is listed as MX
foxelectricalcontracts is my domain which is hosted in godaddy. I used to have the emails going through 50webs.com but I have now changed this to zoho and have followed the instructions as outlined to update the MX records, however when I run the MX check tool it returns: mail.50webs.com
Unable send mails
When I trying to send the mails, it says following error message. Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked I didn't send any high amount of mails or received such amount. MX email forwarding with only one record
Im using a .co.cc domain that i have linked through the name server method with 000webhost. but i can input the mx records in 2 places. in the .co.cc website on my domain setting, but i'm unable because by doing so the name server set-up would have to be removed. i can also do it through 000webhost's control panel but it only allows me to use 1 mx record not 2. i have 3 emails that need this service to work. Drowning under SPAM even though we mark mail as spam when it comes in..

SEE YA LATER ZOHO!!! Your problems of being blocked for spam, imap server failures, and inbox emails disappearing are over! Your service is the worst I have ever experienced in the IT world. From taking WEEKS to reply to trouble shooting emails from support@zoho.com (seriously guys, last question took 3 weeks for a reply) to putting the blame on our client software when in fact you should realize the problem is server side. I have a Zoho IMAP account set up in Mail for iOS 7, but when I tried using two-factor auth, my phone was no longer able to send or receive e-mail. Invalid security certificate to access SMPT of other server
Dear Team, Getting invalid security certificate error to access smtp of other server. The other server smtp is fully accessible with gmail and others. A screenshot is attached. Guys I am exporting .mbox email from a server with webmail, i used thunderbird to generate the .eml file with the extension ImportExportTools When i am importing to my zoho account there shows this message: "Mail not in standard format", what do i need to do to import all those emails, what am i doing wrong?

GMAIL authentication issues...
The past couple of weeks been unable to SEND via GMAIL SMTP. Unsure where the problem might be as gmail password was changed during this period. Shared folder - error message when forwarding emails
I have a shared folder accessed by multiple people. But when you try and forward an email with an attachment it comes up with an error message and won't allow you to do it. Please can you have a look at this?
When will the Outlook 2016 Plug-In be available?
The Outlook 2016 Plug In is my last hope! I have attempted to set up my email using the POP3 Settings and instructions. I changed my password. I spoke with my email host who assures me that everything is fine on their end. I finally did a work-around and forwarded my email to my zoho email address but it wont associate to my contacts in Zoho CRM. I am feeling very frustrated at the lack of customer service and support from Zoho. It should not take you 3+ days to respond to an inquiry for assistance
My zoho account does not recieve emails after changing MX settings
I had an email from google apps hosted by enom: info@bigkickpamplona.com. I changed the email settings by adding the host names mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com, as is written in https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/enom-mx.html.
