Hi, Request urgent help and suggestions on subjected error. I am sending emails to my clients and getting this error every now and then with "just one client/domain" When raised the issue to IT team of the client they replied "IP - 122.162.92.93 is blacklisted. can't get mail
Hi there, For the past 36 hours I can't get mail for either of my Zoho accounts on my Mac or on my iPhone. On the iPhone, the error message reads: Cannot Get Mail The mail server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. I have not changed any settings on either the phone or computer. When do you expect to have this fixed? It's annoying to have to check via webmail (at least that is working) especially since I can only be logged into

Feedback on options to clean up inbox after exceeding size limits
Greetings, At the stroke of midnight in my time zone on 1/1/2016, Zoho announced that my inbox was over it's size limit by a full 22% (6.02 GB on 5GB limit). When I started paging through my emails to clean up huge emails or outliers, I'm not really finding anything. Did something change with the format/storage of Zoho Emails? I have tried all of the "fixes" I have found online, is there a way to get Windows Live Mail to "send" email with Zoho Mail? I can receive just fine, but not send. Emails not being sen
I just discovered that my emails are not always being sent despite the fact that the individual's profile indicates that the email was sent. When I use my test lead or contact and CC myself, I get the CC but the lead or contact does not. Any clue?

Both yesterday and today, I have been unable to fetch email using my mail client. All I get is this error message: Error fetching folders: syntax: expecting 's', found 'c' I have no idea what it means, but it sounds like the mail server is not sending the folder information correctly any more or something. How do I fix that?

Trouble sending email from JIRA
Hi I've just configured JIRA to use zoho smtp to send our emails. I use my account login/password to login, but I set the sender to a group I belong to. We're getting a lot of these errors for the past week or two: ResponseCode 421, 4.7.0 Temporarily Deferred I read a response from 9 days ago on the forums, to a similar problem, saying it was an issue with spammers and Zoho email's getting throttled. However, that message said the problem should be fixed. Why is it happening to us now? Thanks!

Hello, In Control Panel -> Audit Log, there are three entries for the same user (89q@89q.org) and they all say the same thing for the same day (yesterday, December 30, 2015): Operation = User incoming/Outgoing change with the description of "Operation permitted for paid users only". But I don't understand the operation of "User incoming/Outgoing change"? All I did was delete my vacation message. Also, on Control Panel -> Blocked Accounts, the account 89q@89q.org is blocked with the Description
Spam
Why does zoho seem to have their good months and bad months when it comes to spam? I've been using zoho for a while now and I've noticed that when spam filtering doesn't work it just fails to learn and continually lets spam through. I've been instructed in the past to move spam into the spam folder and leave it to allow the system to learn new spam but this one specific piece of spam from 'ViagrCial@xxxx.com' always comes through. The domains are random so blacklisting them is next to impossible

Deleting spam in thunderbird
Why does Zoho whitelist emails I marked as spam when I delete them? Having to login to Zoho to delete them to avoid this is not an acceptable solution. I loathe web mail interfaces.
Whitelisting
Why are there thousands of entries in my email whitelist, all of which seems to be spam email addresses? I use thunderbird and just delete what is in my spam folder, does this somehow whitelist them? It there a way to blacklist the entire bogus whitelist in one go? It seems like 20 or so at a time is as good as it gets. Edit Now, I can't even move them to the blacklist or delete them. Just get a "sorry we are unable to process your request." It would be nice if Zoho took spam seriously.
Zoho mail is Great but Ugly
As much as I absolutely love Zoho mail I wish that its interface looked better. Comparing it to Hotmail, Yahoo!, and Gmail one simply cannot deny that Zoho Mail could you a face lift. So please who thinks that Zoho mail needs a graphic designer's touch to be not only functionally awesome but also beautiful on the outside?!

Zoho account no longer beig received in Apple Mail
One of our Zoho accounts is being operated using Apple Mail on MacOSX Yosemite and also on an iPhone 6S. There has been no recent changes to the account settings and sending and receiving mail is still continuing to work on the iPhone without disruption. However via Apple Mail the account still operates to send email without difficulty but will not not receive email. Hello We have a problem with your email solution. When sending mail from a client such as Outlook 2013 to a recipient reaches them as SPAM, but if you send from the site mail.zoho sends it smoothly. 'zoho' as the name of the sender
When I send email the recipients see my display name as 'zoho', even though I have my display name configured correcty in Preferences. This happens even if I send a test email to myself from within zoho webmail. I'm guessing it's related to the apostrophe (') in my name. I've noticed some of your configuration pages allow it, others only allow the back tick (`), and other pages don't allow it at all. If the apostrophe is the root cause, are there any plans to fix it? It would be really unprofessional

Morning all, Hopefully things are on the up both in Chennai and your staff but also with the stability of your services. At this stage a number of my clients are having issues accessing email via there normal mail application (Outlook etc) of course webmail and your phone apps are an interim solution, and have been for the past 5 or 6 days. Multiple Email Aliases for Forwarding
