Hello and good day, I just connected my domain to Zoho mail Free edition in order to test the App and then upgrade to Paid, and migrate my staff to Zoho. so I created a Dummy employee email account and only gave it access to the Email app, withing my organization. (loged on to the email) to test for my self and notice at the upper left corner next to the logo, all the zoho apps, and what's funny is that I was able to create a complete Organization with Zoho. this is supose to be an email that

Hi, I have in zoho mail some "send mail as" address and I collect some email addresses in my account via auto-forward from original webmail (I DON'T have any external account email via POP in Zoho). This is the problem: when I receive an email to extern@otheremail.com in zoho, the return receipt I send in reply is from my __@zoho email and not from extern@otheremail.com (this extern@otheremail.com is in "send mail as" list). This error get confusing my contacts because they send me email to one address

I have an email address at Zoho, webmaster@bluenote9.com, and I’m trying to relay outgoing mail from a Debian Linux system via postfix and stunnel to Zoho, but Zoho is replying "553 Relaying disallowed as webmaster@bluenote9.com”. Outgoing SMTP Login Unavailable
Hey Guys, I'm unable to send any email through Thunderbird using Zoho due to a login failure. Email is still coming in just fine, but the SMTP is failing. I am using 2 factor Auth with an application specific password (I have since regenerated that password and the issue still persists). The SMTP settings are correct and IMAP is enabled for my account. Sending email wasn't a problem as little as a week ago, but seems to be an issue now. Did something change?
Mac Mail Archive - not archive on webmail
I have setup my Zoho account on Mac Mail. I have archived some emails in Mac Mail, and they are sitting in the archive folder. However, on the webmail, they are still sitting in the inbox. Any ideas on how to make them archive in the webmail too?

Hi, Over the past few months, I've notice more and more spam coming to all users in my domain. Fortunately, the spam filter does a good job and catches most if not all the spam e-mails received by those users. However, it has also been catching many legitimate emails. I have been forced now to sift through all spam emails every week to make sure that there aren't legitimate ones being filtered out. Dear support, Since December 19th I have not received any email from any client or my own gmail accounts. I have also tried from my hotmail account and I cannot receive them either. These are the domains I am not receiving from: @esa.int @gmail.com @googlemail.com @hotmail.com @diasalmeida.com It seems to take some time also when I send them from my own domain @odcspace.com. I connected to Zoho using a gmail login, I've tried to have a password made for the Zoho but every time I try to have a password thing sent to my email it does not get it. meaning I can not do any admin things on the mail until it gets a password!

How to delete the email address of the admin?
I’ve been trying for quite a while now to change the admin email address of my account from info@... to timo@... and to delete info@... after that because I want to make a group that is reachable under that address . I already made timo@... the primary e-mail address, but when I try to delete info@... a message pops up telling me to contact the administrator, although this is who I am. How can this be done? Mail delivery problem
Hi, I recently setup a business mail account for 1 user for our custom domain (celebiozkaramete.com) I noticed 3 issues: 1) Sending mail from user@celebiozkaramete.com works fine and i can sent it to different addresses on different servers (needless to say celebiozkaramete.com is hosted on ZOHO) 2) Sending mail to user@celebiozkaramete.com fails. I tried sending mail from hotmail to user@celebiozkaramete.com and instantly hotmail returns undeliverable mail error. 3) Sending mail to user@celebiozkaramete.com

Cannot Receive Mail even after changing MX records
Hi, I can't seem to be able to receive mail on my Zoho account. I am able to send mail though. I have changed the MX records as well. Can you tell me what I need to change in A records, AAA records, CName, TXT, Name Servers, SRV, and SOA Parameters if any. My current CNAME panel looks like this.

The following is not able to receive emails: avcap.net. Sending out seems to be fine from that address. MXToolBox indicates that there is a failed SMTP connection. We need this address up and running immediately, please inform as to what is going on.

I am looking to migrate from Google Apps mail to Zoho mail. I'm happy with Google, but I live in a country that restricts access to Google and I'd rather not have to jump through a lot of hoops just to check/reply to email.
