Corrupt emails when sent from Outlook (ActiveSync)
When I send emails from outlook to certain third parties my emails are corrupt when they arrive. The subject line is blank, and the body of the message is replaced by two symbols resembling questions marks in boxes and the letter j. e.g. "??j" However when I look in my sent items in outlook and via the zoho web interface the original email is fine. And when I resend via the zoho web interface it goes though fine. I have recreated this on two different machines and with at least 5 separate third

Hi, I am using Zoho SMTP settings to send mail via my WordPress. My WordPress website will allow registrations, and whenever anybody registers it will send them a registration mail. I have access to the Internet, but when I sign into to Zoho mail I get a little message at the top of the page saying: Unable to connect to messaging server. Zoho Admin This is serious, what the hell is going on with your servers? I have thousands of saved emails in my inbox that have apparently gone away or been deleted in the last 24 hours and the IMAP continues to plague all users it appears with long timeouts and denials. Mail receive delay

Will Zoho affect my goDaddy forwarding email account?
I am trying to switch my domain email to Zoho, I only have 5 email accounts in GoDaddy but many forwarding accounts. When I change the MX record as in the instructions, will that destroy all of the forwarding accounts that are setup?

Hi, I want to use ZohoMail for my domain, I bought domain from namesilo.com and i have added your MX records on Friday, so as I know it would take some time to take effects since DNS Updates it can take up to 48 hours, so it's been more than 48 hours and the problem it is that, I can send emails for example mike@mydomain.com to mike@gmail.com, but I can not receive emails to mike@mydomain.com !? Add POP Account Creates Separate Inbox
Hi, I successfully added 2 pop accounts (gmail and yahoo). However, when the messages are downloaded to my account they are placed in a separate inbox folder. I thought they would be tagged with the account name and placed into a single inbox as this is the way that every other mail client I have used managed having multiple accounts. Is there a way to configure the inbox so that all POP accounts arrive to a single inbox? My goal is to stop using my old email addresses and just use my new zoho address

Hey guys, Since 2 weeks i have been with this same problem hoping zoho to solve the issue, they sent me a response but it was not clear. I have many clients under this email and has been a headache. Do you have this "delay error" not recieving but sending emails? Specially Gmail, outlook.com or yahoo? Both platforms local and web email... Totally frustrated by the Zoho situation this week My business runs on this server network, but I am still getting Error Ox800cc0e.. Outlook cannot synchronise subscribed folders..... Deleted E-Mails keep reappearing in Inbox
Hi- in brief the issue is I run Zoho Mail across laptop, Phone and Tablet, all synched and problem free until 3 days ago. Whichever device I use to delete e-mails the deleted mail, upon refresh (or opening on another device) reappears as a new mail. This even happens on the same device- ie I delete an e-mail, I re-open the mail app (or refresh) and it's there as a new mail in the Inbox..any ideas? Thanks

Not Receiving Email
I am trying to reset my Instagram password and thus have had an email sent to me from Instagram (multiple times now), and I have yet to receive anything in my inbox or spam folder. They've confirmed that it has been sent and have advised me to check with my email service provider to make sure that the domain @instagram.com is whitelisted. Can you please help me?

People - you are asking the Zoho people that clearly are over their heads in this matter, to solve this issue. Zoho has ZERO redundancy since the rains took them down. Any tech can see this is the case. Now you expect the same folks to be able to answer your questions?!? Really? I have an issue sending emails to a particular email address using zoho mail. Clicking send email results in an error prompt of: mail cannot be sent as the Email Address does not exist. This is only for particular contacts, and I believe the error occurred spontaneously. We have previously sent emails to this contact out of Zoho. Any help would be appreciated.

our domain 1stopja.com has been having serious delays in receiving email from outside our domain. 5+ hours of delay. I changed the MX records today to the recommended settings and now there are no emails being received. MXtoolbox.com does have all updated mx records.
