Estimados: He usado zohomail desde hace 3 meses y funcionó muy bien. Lamentablemente está semana he tenido muchos problemas. Los mails no llegan o llegan despues de horas. Su apoyo por favor
I have no choice but to migrate over to Office 365
Even though Zoho is more robust in my opinion the daily email delays is costing my company money. At first it was hackers. Next it was system problems. I can't get a straight answer. Regardless, my employees and clients are frustrated.
Delay in receiving / Not able to send e-mails / Outlook not working
Hi, I'm having multiple issues with my corporation email, domain: sierralajeado.com.br (my personal email is: marcelo@sierralajeado.com.br). I'm not even able to receive mails when I use the WEB interface. And when I try to send e-mails to other e-mail services e.g. Google or Yahoo mail, not receiving from those other e-mails as well. In summary nothing is working and not able to communicate with my customers.

Can we switch email providers while email issue is fixed?
We re having issues along with everyone else. Our business relies on email to let us know what jobs are scheduled and what we assign, etc. so not having email is not an option. If I update our mx records to something else, will we lose emails altogether? Is there a way around this to access emails?

Not getting emails - ZOHO paid email.
I am not receiving emails and sending is greatly delayed. I tried to call in but never got to a human. No bounce back is being sent to accounts sending emails to me but I am getting timeout errors in outlook via POP. IMAP is not getting the errors. Seems to have started yesterday and got to the point it's completely broken as of this morning.

These daily email delays are costing me money
Everyone in my company is having problems receiving emails once again after we were told everything is resolved. At first we heard it was hackers then some infrastructure issue. Whatever it is the email issues are not resolved. We have had delays all day and had to tell our government clients to send emails to our personal accounts.

Mail not arriving
Since my replies to posts never seem to show up, I am having to start a new post to see if this is published. I am still not receiving mail: neither via IMAP nor to webmail. I see all these posts from people working for Zoho claiming that the problems have been fixed, but they clearly have not for all of us. When will this be resolved?

We are still not receiving any emails. I’m also getting send and receive errors in outlook ( Error 0x8004210e) and “cannot get mail” username and password errors on my phone. Please let me know what is going on.

Hi, We're experience a significant delay on incoming emails. We've had emails sent from 5 different external accounts that should have arrived, but there's no sign of them yet. Hi, it seems Zoho has a problem with my email account. First, the problem was fixed, because they blocked my account because i had 10 bounces. Mail Delay Is Not Fixed Yet
People have been posting things ALL DAY about mail delays and every post has been answered with some form of a response signifying that everything is fine. EVERYTHING IS NOT ACTUALLY FINE....I've sent numerous test emails to myself and haven't yet received the one I sent from my Yahoo email at 1135. I'll get an email in here and there from the current time (usually something auto-generated, not the important stuff sent by real people) but I'm sure there are a ton of emails that haven't gone through

All day yesterday and still today, my emails are showing up in my inbox with a time stamp of about an hour and a half earlier. Just received one at 9:40 that was sent at 8:00am. Every email that I receive was sent more than an hour ago.
How to toggle conversation view
Hi all, I'm totally new to Zoho, and currently testing it as a solution to move my account from Gmail (and it's new privacy-tracking policy)... I'm trying to enjoy the "threaded view" on Zoho, but it doesn't seem to work. It's a feature I really liked on Gmail, and I'm really looking for a mail solution with this feature. A friend sent me an e-mail, and I replied, asking him to reply again, and as he did, his reply showed as a "new message" in my inbox, instead of having these "bubbles" (see attachment).
Incoming Mails are Lagged for about 1-2 hrs
Some of my clients are trying to send me mails, but I can't get them to my inbox. Also, I have tried sending my account from other mail servers and I can't get them even from webmail. Is there a problem? I'm using IMAP.

Additional Domain for emails
Hi everyone, please can someone advise how managing multiple email domains via Zoho works? I'm hoping we could have two different companies domains working so when I login I can clearly send/receive emails from shaun@examplecompany1.com and shaun@examplecompany2.com from the one Zoho account. How do I set up custom domain email but keep my domains website hosted on previous provider?
I want to use Zoho for my custom email. I need to transfer my domain to Zoho to do this right? My domain is registered with Godaddy. My problem is i don't want to break or change my website that uses this domain and it is hosted at a separate hosting service not Godaddy. So how can I have my custom domain email setup on Zoho but my website using the same domain hosted at another website provider? I don't want to use forwarding but use the domain email directly. Please any help?

two days unable to send email
I have been receiving this error message for two days. I have made no changes to my email client.... anyone else in this situation? Used personal email address to contact support but no reply. Not receiving any emails to my outlook.
After a year of relatively error free usage I have now gone 24 hours plus of no emails at all. Using zoho to forward emails from my domain name to outlook.... everything has been great for a year and then as of yesterday I have not got any emails sent from zoho to outlook. The emails are there in zoho, but nothing coming in to outlook 2007. I haven't touched any settings at all. Any help please?

I don't see am update from Zoho suppoprt on the IMAP issue. Any idea what is wrong? Is there a fix coming? I have Web access, can email out of Outlook but am unable to connect to the IMAP server. Please update us!!!!! Mark Gendzier
