New emails don't show
Major problem today - we have experienced this problem before a couple of weeks ago - along with other users according to this forum We can see that we have received emails (folders are bolded and the number of emails is shown) but when clicking on the folder it says "loading" but new emails do not show up Please advise / rectify ASAP Margeaux
One week of emails missing
On logging into the webmail interface this morning only emails up to 6th September are visible in the Inbox. I set up an email account with a unique domain in the past, however, I deleted my account as I tried using the webmail on cPanel that comes with the hosting service that I've purchased from another company. But it's crap. So I decided to go back to Zoho Mail, which seems to be more efficient and more reliable. Now that I've set-up my domain on Zoho Mail again, my old account which was info@mydomain.com.au (i used "mydomain" to hide my real domain) is changed to 1441198151091_56605497@zoho.com.

I can't get source (my outlook account) to authenticate my username/password
I'm trying to migrate my email from my outlook account. When I go to add the account for migration, I enter my outlook username and password for source, and then my name@mydomain.com as destination. The error message I get is that the source will not authenticate my username and password. I KNOW I'm entering the right info. What am I missing here?
Email Subdomain issue
Hi, I use zoho mail and is added to DNS records of my domain. Main domain emails are working no problem. I have another server which uses a subdomain and generates some emails and they end up in the spam folder. subdomain is added in the DNS records. Do I have to add some mail records in the zoho and DNS to avoid this Regards, Gayan
Poor UX
I've moved to Zoho in the weekend after finally getting total sick of outlook.com's buggy interface. Now that I'm here, it's really easy to see that much, if not all, of the mail interface has been designed by developers. The feature set is quite good (some features are better than gmail and outlook), but the UX is reasonably horrible. Some things that I've immediately noticed: - The whole site has a really dated feel to it. There are hardly any modern aspects to it except the occasional AJAX save.
ActiveSync search on Android 4.4
After setting up an ActiveSync connection, when using the default mail client app, search doesn't return any results. The same search works when using Zoho's mail app. Is this a known issue? Has anyone reported this?
Feature Request - Android Mail Notification Auto Cancel
Hi, I have been using Zoho Mail for a couple of years now and I think its great! An idea for an improvement that I have which I would find useful is to automatically remove the Android new Mail Notification icon when the new emails have been read elsewhere - eg on the PC. It saves having to later check the icon on the mobile only to find that the emails have already been read. Many thanks Jim Smith, England
"No Data Found" Migration Issue
I am a new Zoho user moving my organization from GApps. I can't get the migration to work. I have four other users to migrate besides myself and only three days to do it! Each attempt at migration is met with the error message: "No Data Found for This Account"! What am I doing wrong?!?

Every time I try to migrate my mail from GApps I get the same error message: "No data found for this account" I am on a bit of a time crunch to migrate my data before I lose access to it!
Deleted emails in IMAP in apple mail - where are they?

About the "Free plan: 10 free users", I wonder if my alias emails are considered as my new users, which means that my 1 user and its 9 alias emails will be full for the free plan? Blocked Domain - what is the sence ?
at first:sorry for my bad english my problem: every day i receive a lot of spam - maybe 4 per hour. I tried to block only the domain from the spam-bots - but it make not sence, i tried it with a own domain and it doesn´t work. Suddenly unable to send emails via Thunderbird, iPad, Android etc. - receiving emails okay and sending works in browser
Hi, I'm getting a timing out error whenever I try to send emails via my iPad or Thunderbird right now. It was working before but seems to have stopped working at some point over the weekend. I have not changed any settings at my end. I was using two-factor authentication. I turned it off just to test it, although I didn't think it would have any effect. It still does not work. Previously it was working fine for months and I can still receive emails, so I think the problem must be at Zoho's side.

Iwant set a default e-mail address that will "catch" any mail that is sent to an invalid or non-existent e-mail address at my domain. Is there any way that sent mail which does not exist on address @my domain will go to a specific email address? Please help!! Thanks

Transfer of domain to new registrar
I currently have my domain with godaddy (mx records to zoho) but want to transfer to a different registrar. What needs to be setup with the new registrar other than mx records?? Do I need to worry about domain verification?
Can receive mails on my custom domain, but can't send
I've got a free plan and a single email configured. I can receive emails, but I can't send them. Also from web mail, I receive a mail sent to my custom domain, but on the compose message I can't even see the me@mydomain.com option as sender. Also configuring a mail client to use my custom domain, an error is returned when sending an email. How can I solve it? Is it a limit of free plans?
How do I change the "From" name on my emails?
Zoho email is sent using my real name. I need the name of my shop appear in the "From" line. For example, the mail account I created is contact@myshop.com. I sent test emails, and they arrive from "Jane Doe". I need them to arrive from the sender "My Shop". Where do I change that? I already changed the name on the mail account, it is not filtering through the the "from" field. Thanks!
URGENT: Security Issue with LOGIN

Hence, we do not want our employees to access ZOHO over internet from their home etc... Archive policy not applied to folders
In setting up the users on a domain, I noticed the following problem: When I create an archive rule or simply apply the default (archive after 3 months), the rule has not effect. I have used "apply to all folders" and when I return to that setting, it is set correctly, yet older mail that should be archived is not. Is this a bug or how does one apply an archive setting to all folders automatically?

Missing emails
I am missing about a dozen emails. They show correctly, but when I attempt to open them it errors out. All other email opens fine. I have tried accessing them from 4 different computers, 3 different browsers, and my phone and it does the same thing. Please advise.
